On top of that Suzanne Robichaud is fully French/English bilingual which was a great plus for me and I would imagine other francophones as well. I have used Scotia Law for at least 3 real estate transactions in the past 4 years. They seamlessly worked with my bank and the realtors to get everything taken care of. They squeezed me in and met the timelines on several real estate transactions with very short closing dates. There are 2 lawyers who are able to cover for each other, so no gap in service happens. I’d recommend them and continue to use them for real estate transactions.
