Absolute Draining & Plumbing recently did an excellent job in replacing our main water line.Andrew is very professional and the timetable he gave us was indeed followed from start to end... no delay! He said his team will come 9:30am, and even before the said time, they already came and start setting up. His team are highly skilled and left no mess after all the excavation done in our basement and driveway.The price given to us was also reasonable.I highly recommended Absolute D&P and I'm very satisfied with how you guys did the job!

These guys are fantastic! Vasyl came and had my toilet fixed in less than hour, when other companies I had called were trying to convince me to buy a new toilet. Andrew and his team were fantastic! Our laundry room flooded late on a Sunday night only two weeks after moving in. Andrew was at our house by 11:00 Monday morning, the issue was quickly identified (a collapsed sanitary sewer), and by Tuesday morning his team were digging up our driveway to fix it. Andrew made an incredibly stressful situation a breeze, and explained every step of the process to us.Andrew also installed a backwater valve at the same time, and six months after the rebate application was submitted - well after after he was fully paid - he personally followed up with the City to ensure the application was processed. He continued to be extremely attentive, helping us with an issue with the City's building permit processing. We would certainly recommend Andrew and his team!

This company is unbelievable ! As soon as I saw sewage backup in my basement I panicked. I was told to call Andrew. He was here within 24 hours. He was able to clear the drain so we could use our water but had to return with his staff and dig up our front lawn to replace the underground pipes. What an amazing job!! They were organized, on time and explained everything to us. Andrew answered all my calls and text messages. Truly an amazing company. They removed and replaced the clogged pipe. All the time he was here, he explained everything and was very patient with us. I would give them 100 stars if I could. You won't be disappointed with this company - on time, fast and no BS. Andrew and his team professionally cleared our house drain then scheduled a time to return. They came as promised, removed the building trap, installed a backwater valve, and cleaned up. They took care of all the permits and follow up. So easy to work with. Great results.

We’ve previously had other work done in our home by other contractors but were never truly content with the quality of service that had been provided. I didn't have a very good experience with the contractors until I met Mr. Andrew of Absolute Draining and Plumbing. Andrew explained what was needed to be done during his first visit and quoted me the price which I found reasonable.He did the excavation, reline drain pipe, and installed clean-out and backwater valve. He and his team worked outside under extreme cold weather to fulfill his scheduled commitment. They did clean and perfect work. Great experience with Absolute Draining & Plumbing! Vasyl installed a backup sump pump with battery backup system. He arrived on time and did a clean, professional installation. He also provided several maintenance tips for my peace of mind. The cost was also very reasonable compared to other quotes I received. I would highly recommend them!

I had a major drain pipe problem and sewage backup in my basement. Needless to say, I was anxious to get this fixed, but was certainly an unforeseen expense and I was worried with the amount of work, dust, noise etc. Both my wife and I work from home. To make meters worse, my old clay pipe turned to be broken and full of roots in the part where it goes under my neighbor's front yard parking.Andrew from Absolute responded quickly with diagnosis of the problem and went out of his way to make repair as painless as possible. He initially said it will be four days of work, but it was three! He planned around finishing digging and filling back up at neighbor's property in one day, so that he can use driveway that same evening. Most of the work was done in my basement. He employed a technique called pipe bursting, so that we didn't have to dig the whole trench.His team is very professional. Work was as clean as it could be and much less noisy then I expected.Price was reasonable.I can highly recommend this team of professionals.

Andrew was quick to respond and arrived when he said he would. He provided me with two options to repair a leak in my basement. He gave me a date he could come and do the work (which was quicker than expected) and arrived on the day he promised. He had to rip out the walls and brake though the cement to properly waterproof basement and his work was excellent, and they cleaned up nicely after their work was completed.I feel very confident recommending them, they do great work at a great price and they are easy to communicate with, what more can ask for. Great to see companies like this are still around.
