Terrible customer service at counter inside the restaurant. Taking orders at the drive through appears to be more of a priority than serving customers waiting over ten minutes just to be able to place their order.As for the employees that work there. Obviously doesn't show much interest in their positions and personally I've had better service elsewhere.I highly do not recommend supporting this location.If there was a option to give less than one star, I personally would have given a lower rating.

My favourite fast food breakfast. Had the sausage & egger on english muffin & hash browns. Delicious and fresh and expected. -1 star the frozen coffee is too creamy for me, doesn't qualify as coffee. Lots of seating with a few booths. Well stocked facilities.

I was the only one needing to place my order. After standing 15 minutes being ignored by all staff I was told hold on someone will be with you. Guess they were more focus on closing the store in half hour instead of taking my order. So I sat down while I waited and I have a table of guest at Swiss Chalet. 1 guest wanted a burger to go. This took 29 minutes before I could join my table again. Just ridiculous to make the ONLY CLIENT wait so long for service. This should have been finished in 10 minutes top but the wait. Geeeez prioritize Clients as they pay all you bills instead of how fast can I get out of here tonight!

Up selling at the Take out window -You order a combo...they ask fries or onion rings ...you order onion rings....they ask what kind of drink...you order rootbear.When the bills comes they charge extra for the onion rings separate out the bill into 3 items at regular price. It is not a combo now on the bill and the cost has gone up.They should not offer onion rings as part of the combo and get more money with asking if you want to pay more for the whole combo.When I asked the Manager said they upsell and don't need to tell you. So watch your bill next time before you pay!

Went to A&W for lunch with my Dad today. Awesome experience, the lady who took our order had lots of energy and the mugs are super cool. My burger was very good, cheesy... and it was pretty fast. Good stuff A&W!

I'm pretty sure you get less poutine in these eat in bowls they started using.bottom angles in and inside is not as high as box. Also if they don't preheat it will su k the heat out of your meal

We often visit this location for the breakfast! Decently priced, fast service and fresh food. Not many places left where you can get a decent breakfast for a good price!

Compared to the prices on the board, we were charged between 20 and 30 cents extra on every item.Staff seemed embarrassed but did not correct the situation.It’s fraud.

Outdoor seating is appreciated. I don't know if it's appropriate to lock the doors when people are eating inside. Electrical problems or not.. fire hazard.

The worst service I've ever experienced with fast food. Not even kidding out of the last 10 times they have messed up my order 10 TIMES. Evening shift everytime. I'm completely done with A&W because they hire staff that cant put together a simple order.
