This is such a great place to get your car detailed!The staff are so friendly and accommodating. Had such a great experience and my car was cleaned so well!Would highly recommend!

They installed Xpel Ultimate paint protection film on my 2022 Corolla. These cars have a very sharp/complex front bumper, so I was unsure how well they would be able to wrap it. Well, they did a phenomenal job, and the wrap has been installed extremely well. The only way to know it’s even there is to inspect within 10cm while looking at the corners. Feels good to protect a brand new paint job for a price that was nearly $1000 cheaper than the dealer.

We can not recommend Refine Salon enough. I walked in for pricing and Richard set the bar by taking the time to discuss tint percentages and product features, while patiently answering all of my questions. This was in stark contrast to other shops I visited that simply provided pricing.We actually had a bit of a mixup with the wrong tint product being installed on our vehicle and Richard once again exceeded our expectations with his prompt response and professionalism to rectify the situation.His customer service is unrivalled and the attention to detail and care that his team takes with vehicles is unmistakable. We have no hesitation recommending Refine to friends and family, and will definitely be going back for any future needs.

In my personal or professional life, I always look for people that feel the same way I do about quality, customer service and enthusiasm for what they do. Richard and his team check all of those boxes, and then some.From the moment I started working with Richard until the moment I drove away, he was extremely attentive to detail, and was very patient with all of the questions I sent his way - often going out of his way to call me to further explain. When I dropped my truck off, he explained everything they were going to do in detail, and all of the things that may not work so well, based on limitations in the product.Richard speaks very highly of his team, and often referred to them as family. This is great to see and hear, and I am confident that this comes through in the workmanship and pride that everyone involved in my project exhibited. Even though my truck is not a high end performance vehicle, I am sure they treated it exactly the same way.In regards to the XPEL product, I am honestly not sure whether it is better or worse than other products on the market - for that, you will need to do your own research and come to your own conclusions. However, far more important than that, is finding someone like Richard and his team, who will stand behind any product they sell. Had Refine install PPF on my new Toyota. They did an amazing job, even going out of their way to get touch up paint to match the paint code on my vehicle and touched up a number of chips the vehicle had gotten before I managed to get it in for PPF. On top of that, they even gave me the remaining bottle of touch up paint.The finished product on the PPF install is great. The edges and corners are all very well wrapped. Also, the customer service and communication was excellent. Highly recommend Refine for installing PPF on your vehicle.

If you want the best service and a pure professional wrap or paint protection these guys are the ultimate. Richard knows customer service which is a dying art these days! My cars look deadly- booya
