He was able to get me the exact used vehicle I wanted even though he didn’t have it on his lot. Very fair pricing, and didn’t charge me for the extra services he did for me along the way - So impressed. I highly recommend Tantulus Auto !!!

We had a fantastic experience here! My boyfriend and I are travellers and have always bought our vehicles privately off of people only to later find there are some annoying issues. This is the first time we decided to go to a used dealership, and we couldn’t be happier! The van we bought runs well, and we pretty quickly had to take it in on a drive all the way to Manitoba, and it performed great. When switching to Manitoba insurance, we had to pass an out-of-province car inspection (these things can be pretty strict) and the vehicle did well, huge relief! Friendly people at this location selling good vehicles. Thank you!

Was searching for a used Subaru in good condition for ages and eventually found a reasonably priced 05 Outback here. Overall I’m really happy with the service. The car works great and Tom and Joe were true to their warranty policy and then some. I was living across the province but they were still able to get parts to me and help cover the costs of the repair. Thanks for seeing that through to the end guys. My only comment would be that communication was a little slow and disjointed at times. Apart from that, would recommend!

We bought a Subaru crosstrek from Tom a couple of months ago. The car has had some troubles which obviously wasn't ideal but Tom and Joe have been absolutely amazing dealing with it all and were extremely generous in looking after us after the warranty was up and with issues not specifically covered without us even asking, and helped us out with a loanerWhen selecting a vehicle (our first time buying a car), Tom was extremely helpful and didn't try upsell or anything. He helped walk us through the Canadian system which was invaluable as newcomers. He has a lovely dog too.Buying a used car is always a worry, and even more when it turns out to have anything wrong but I have no doubt I'd return to Tantalus when buying another car.

Joe was fantastic and his wife was so lovely too. Customer service was great and we bought a Honda Pilot that runs great so far. The knowledge behind Joe and how willing to help he is is brilliant, definitely put us at ease buying a car over here in Canada, and was happy to give us all the information we needed :) would definitely recommend Tantalus if you're needing a good reliable car for a fair price.

Bought a car off these guys, ended up spending over $5000 in 18 months after purchasing it trying to fix its various issues. To no avail. Ended up scrapping the car and cutting my loses after only driving the car 20,000kms. Joe wouldn't reply to my emails and was often condescending when I did speak to him.
