The store was very clean and I was super happy with the service i got! I was greeted right away by Kirsten when i came in and she helped me choose the perfect strain for my very picky dads birthday lol he loved the sunset sherbet she recommended. Will for sure visit again!

Service was friendly but would not recommend product. Normally do not submit bad reviews but distraught at what has become of the craft weed industry market in B.C. I tried an an OG but it was not cured properly, had white spots and a bad smell. I know my way around a pot plant and this is not trichomes". Reminded me of the garbage biker pot that was available in smaller towns back east. I read the label and was surprised it was grown in Ontario

not to sound like an addict, but this is my favourite place in the world. The customer service is amazing when I go in, great music taste, everyones really great. ive never had a friendlier experience at a store before, and all of the employees are amazing.

Two employees behind the counter when I walked into the empty store. Nothing. No hello, can I help you, didn’t even look up from their devices for the 5 minutes I was there. Left without making a purchase.

Worst customer service ever. The guy working there made snide comments and thought he knew everything about cannabis. Laughable. Would never spend another cent at any imagine store. Customer service is lacking so badly I wouldn’t know where to start with fixing it.

I'm not usually a dispensary person but was pleasantly surprised with my visit at the Ladner location. Even though it was pretty busy while I was there, one of the girls on the floor, Kirsten, took the time to recommend 2 great options based on what I told her I liked and I was very impressed with both products! I could tell she knew what she was talking about when it came to answering each question I had and I really appreciated the way she was able to efficiently help me in the midst of a rush and do so without making me feel rushed at all. Will definitely be back!
