Few days ago i went in and rewrite the transfer paper. The fellow. Came to me, asked if i had signed the buyer's signature? I told him thats Forgery and can do time in the gated community. I suppose he is not playing with a full deck and neither the sharpest tool in the whole shed! We can only sign our own name in a hurry. As we sign so many times.
