The staff in the cashier are extereme rude and they are not good at their jobs either! I bought a shorts and they had some spot on it that I hadn't noticed, and they refused to return it, they said if there is damage, we will mention it in the receipt, but they didn't and that's not on me! I had to return one more thing, and the cashier couldn't figure out the payment and kept messing it up, and when I asked her a question about store credit she was rude to me and said one thing at a time ma'am with a tone.

Incompetent clerk service could not even scan my two returned items properly. Incompetent management who refuses me to reimburse me the second item I returned because they cannot find it since the clerk did not scan it. Incompetent multimillion $ company who kept my money and made me go around a loop of customer service for a month to be refused a refund on an item I returned but was not scanned because of clerk incompetency. Greedy company. I have shopped at Zara for over 15 years and will literally NEVER shop there again.

Long line, only 1 cashier open and 1 cashier for return. For anyone that has allergies, don’t stand in the line. It’s a perfume section, like why put it inside the line up. My nose was sneezing non stop.

Past reviews talk by themselves. If I could've put 0, I would. The customer service is inexistant, just a bunch of incompetents... Can't wait for them to be replaced by automates, at least you won't expect anything!

I bought a coat (soft oversized coat) from new collections recently. It costs me 148$. But the quality was terrible. After twice usage just in the official ceremony, you can see what happened for it in the picture. It is not possible to wear it again. It looks rag. I took it to the store and showed them and explained to them. I was upset that they did not care about it. They did not offer anything to me and they told me that it is what it is.The quality of coats is awful and the customer service is worst.
