Friendly service, non-invasive with clear “next-steps” provided so you’re not caught off guard if something will be hot, cold, etc… Got treated as a gift for Father’s Day, did not expect to enjoy the experience as much as I did. I had an amazing time with my friend. I was late to my appointment due to traffic but she was extremely understanding of my circumstances. She gladly welcomed both of us to her home and she generously offered us some snacks while waiting for each other. The setting was very organized and clean. The music was very relaxing. Her hands and massage techniques were very wonderful! I had a really great experience with her that would definitely make me come back. The experience was soo soothing that it made me take a lil nap hahah. Not only that, but her expertise was demonstrated through how she dealt with my specific skin type and the aftercare procedures and recommendations shared to me. 10/10 Definitely Recommend!

Honestly this is the best facial I've had. I loved how honest the owner was and that she didn't try to sell me expensive products like other spas do. She took her time with my face and taught me and explained little things to do to at home. I definitely recommend this place and will return for more services.

I received a custom facial and my results were amazing. I felt very relaxed, and looked rejuvenated once completed. I will definitely be returning for some more treatments. The ambiance of the space is very clean and chic.

Wow should have been the only word in this review, but I’m sure some of you need a bit more background haha. I’ve been thinking about laser hair removal for a VERY long time and have always had this fear of it because of videos online; disastrous results and improperly trained “professional technicians”. After watching many videos, I began to look locally, found Kerry and decided it was now or never. Kerry was my laser hair removal technician. She kindly instructed me on what to do to prepare for the appointment and made me feel safe, confident and VERY comfortable about my first session. At my appointment she provided me with lots of information to explain what she was doing and why she was doing it. I love that she had the patience to throughly answer the questions I had to ensure I felt relaxed. The ambiance and cleanliness of the space was very zen and peaceful to the point where if you left me there long enough I’d fall asleep!Thank you Kerry for such a beautiful experience and granting me the opportunity to be 1/1000 to be able to say that laser doesn’t totally suck.IF YOU there is something at the Skintology Spa you’d like now, BOOK THAT APPOINTMENT you won’t regret it!Ps. Yes I’ve seen a difference after the session and yes, I can 1000% say I recommend!

I had wonderful facial done by Kerry. High quality products used, very relaxing and left my skin glowing! She has a great touch and very knowledgeable. The spa was very clean, inviting, and truly zen and bliss. Highly recommended for your beauty needs.

I would 100% reccommend Skintologist Spa to everyone! I had the best experience with Kerry who was so kind and assured that I was getting the best treatment for my skin type. I am suffering with acne at the moment, and she did an amazing job listening to my needs and giving my skin what was needed! My skin has never felt better! The environment was also extremely clean and so comfortable! I had a great time and will definitely be back!

I got the Glow facial and my skin looks and feels so amazing! Kerry worked her magic - my favourite part was the facial massage & steaming! Kerry and Ola take excellent care of their clients. I felt so relaxed and confident that my skin was in such great hands! Will be returning as soon as I can!

This spa provides exceptional service and advice. Karie is so knowledgeable and has such a warm and gracious demeanour. She provided a detailed list of my home care post facial and was kind enough to give me a mask as well. I can’t wait to return and achieve my skin goals!!

I really enjoyed the facial I received! I left with glowing skin! A highlight was the Egyptian Rose Mask. That felt sooo luxurious! Definitely recommend for those in the Pickering area!
