The girls who work the counters, at ALL of the Regina stores. Are absolutely fantastic. I've never been steered in the wrong direction. Even if they were trying to sell me a new line instead of my old favorite. They don't get snippy if I dont want high end products, they are just the best employees at ALL of the Regina stores.

Clean, easy to find what I need.

After my COVID-19 vaccine I was spending the 15 minutes shopping around the Beauty Boutique for a potential gift for a friend.I know absolutely nothing about this arena and I asked one of the sales associates for help. Her name was Alyssa I believe?She was very helpful and provided amazing customer service. I didn't make it easy as I just had finished work and was pretty dusty and dirty and I know absolutely nothing about cosmetic products.Alyssa helped me navigate which products were animal cruelty free as that is important to my friend and what products someone in her age group would enjoy.Anyway thanks Alyssa and I hope I got your name right so that you get credit for some excellent customer service despite a hopeless guy not knowing any of the answers to your questions hah!
