Tyler helped me with my auto insurance a few weeks ago. He was incredibly knowledgeable when it came to the new rates etc. Every question I had for him he could answer immediately. Great guy, great office, great service. Come check these guys out for your insurance needs, you wont be disappointed!

Just want to give a big shout out to Tyler. I was transferred over from another location by phone and ended up with Tyler by accident, and I am so happy I did!! He was so helpful, knowledgeable and turned around my stressful situation to be extremely positive. Thank you so much! Your other locations of WestLand (Specifically the South Surrey ones) could learn something.

I come to Westland all the time. Jyoti did an excellent job swapping insurance from a trailer that I sold to one that I bought.Also, a note for the branch--please put Werther's Original in the candy bowl.

Jyoti was exceptionally helpful. I needed to register a trailer from out of province and other insurance agents gave up when it came to identifying the trailer. Jyoti was relentless in her efforts to solve this issue and figured it out. Problem solved thanks to her and it is now insured. She is amazing!
