802 Basement Waterproofing

Had a sump pump installed, and some sealing done around basement. The team arrived on time, completed the work in a single day, cleaned up after they were done, and even tried to preserve as much grass in the yard as possible. Overall happy with the work and final product. The pricing was fair, and lower than their competitors. I appreciated the fact that when I got the estimate they heard what I wanted, and discussed my options. Other companies tried to force extra work and product on me, and force a deposit to get the 'best' price, but was not like that. They were straight shooters on the job.Only complaint was the lack of communication job day. They showed up without confirming, and when they left at the end of the day, they just packed up and left. I had gone out to do some errands, but my husband was home, and they just disappeared. He didn't know if they were done, getting supplies, taking a lunch break. So a little more communication would have been great.
