Brittney and Melissa did a fantastic job with my pretest, ensuring everything was accurate and precise. Dr. Rob, who conducted my eye exam, was extremely informative and thorough in explaining the process and addressing any concerns I had. I am delighted with the service I received and will wholeheartedly recommend Mountain View Optometry to anyone in need of exceptional eye care!

One of the best customer experiences I have had in a long time.I broke my glasses while visiting Calgary, and the Mountain View Team addressed the issue (and dispelled my hysteria) with calm, competent professionalism. They are close listeners, acute problem solvers, and are kind and understanding--you feel like a human being instead of customer.Ramona had my lenses back in no time with great humour and uncanny perception about the frames that would work aesthetically and practically! And Allison, who first received my call, was excellent. Very helpful knowledgeable staff, my family have been coming to Mountain View Optometry for 2+ years and it’s always a great experience. The staff is so friendly and accommodating, they have a great selection of frames and helped my teenaged daughter learn how to use contacts. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend Dr. Natasha Wood as she always provides a lovely experience when I go for eye exams. I had the pleasure of meeting Debbie and Susie today and they were so amazing in helping me find a pair of new glasses! They pulled different options with varying price points so I could find the perfect pair. They were so easy to talk to and I had a great experience with these ladies! Highly recommend them if you need a new optometrist office!

I love this eye clinic ❤️. I have been seeing Dr Michelle for years now, and would not go anywhere else. My last appointment was with Amy and Lauren. They were so professional, but also friendly, kind, caring and patient. They should really be getting 10 stars. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who is serious about their eye care. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Michele for many years, and I keep coming back to her because I trust her to tell me what’s going on with my eyes. The Optomap history shows my retina over time and can reveal serious health concerns (e.g. diabetes).

Outstanding optometry clinic! Extremely friendly and helpful staff and team. Dr. Rob was excellent- knowledgeable and thorough with wonderful communication and bedside manner. Personable and kind, extremely patient and anwered all questions. Also somehow made the experience fun and enjoyable (for myself and for the kiddos-- who talked about the visit all day!) I have been seeing Dr. Michelle for several years now. She is always patient and takes the time to figure out my contacts, glasses, reading glasses, night glasses, sunglasses and explains things very well. All the staff are professional and happy interacting with the clients. Had an appointment there yesterday, and am still reflecting on how great of an experience it was. Prior to my visit, I hadn’t gotten my eyes check in almost a decade. With all of the checks and tests, Amy certainly made the experience easy, quick, and even educational, as she talked me through the processes of what and how they checked my eyes. Dr. Rob was very knowledgeable and incredibly pleasant though the check up as well. They certainly will make it much easier for me to stay on top of my eye health in the future.
