Their ice cream sandwiches are sooo good! Every flavour sounds delicious and it's very difficult to pick one. Tried 2: Irish coffee, and Eggnog with pumpkin. Both were excellent but Irish coffee really stood out for me. They are open weekends only until end of October. Go before they close for the season!

Popped in after a short hike in the park. Was absolutely delighted to see the unique flavors of ice cream sandwiches, made and wrapped with care. A great way to cap off a hike. Check it out!

Amazing home made ice cream bars and espresso, which is lucky because there are no other snack or coffee options nearby. It’s a great stop on the way to East Sooke Regional Park.

These are the BEST ice cream sandwiches I have EVER had! I am not even from the island but I’ve now made it my mission to come down to Sooke every summer just so I can get these. We got Salted Caramel with Chocolate and a Lavender flavour. Both were delicious! Honestly, I’m sure any flavour is good because the quality of the ice cream is just SOOO yummy. Can’t wait to have these again very soon!

By FAR the best EVER ice cream I’ve ever had! I’ve travelled a lot and have had a lot of really good ice cream, this was the most superior by a long shot. The flavour combinations are very unique and unexpected (we tried a Coriander + raspberry flavour). The sweetness level is perfect. If you love ice cream and are in Vancouver island, you’d owe it to yourself not to try this hidden gem!

I've had some gourmet ice cream and ice cream sandwiches in my day, but these treats are an absolute must try. I will definitely be going back and would recommend this place to anyone. So many delicious flavors that you don't know what to choose. Luckily she sells a treasure box (variety taster) which will always be my go to.

These ice cream sandwiches are to die for!!!! My husband and I loved them so much we had them for our dessert (instead of cake) at our wedding! Mouette was an absolute gem to work with - she was so sweet to us, even gave us a couple free ice cream bars when we arrived to pick up our order day before our wedding :) The ice cream sandwiches were a huge hit with everyone - our guests LOVED them! Our venue cut the sandwiches into smaller pieces so everyone could taste multiple flavours. It worked out perfectly. Amazing ice cream sandwiches! After hiking at East Sooke Park, you need to stop here for a cold treat! I had the coconut caramel bar which was gluten and dairy free. Hands down best ice cream sandwich I've ever had.. will definitely be back!
