Le Barbershop

I have always had a great experience at Le Barbershop. I have had cuts from both Kory and Leeza. They both have cut my hair and my 6 year old sons hair, and its always been very good. No complaints. They are also very friendly and nice people.

Really worst experience. I wish I could give 0 stars for wasting my time, fuel and for turning me back without providing me services.I did the reservation for a haircut and hot towel shave (for 90 mins duration) few days in advance and the barbershop is about 20 kms, roughly 30 mins away from my place. I took out time in my working day and due to traffic/ parking spot issues, I reached around 7 mins late just to witness - 'Leza' the barber is already attending to another client. I do understand - people do flake out, however, Instead of calling me or checking with me - she had already taken up another client (who was already sitting in the barber chair). Why do you take phone numbers, and or email addresses during reservations, when you can't simply follow up with your client? Additionally, How is it possible that the barber, without even providing any buffer time had already started addressing another client, within just a matter of 7 minutes? If this place only does appointment based scheduling, how could the other client walk-in ( in the Morning on the weekday), and get a preferential treatment. This was completely un-fair.To quote Seinfeld - They know how to take the reservation

Top notch barbershop! As someone who has gone to probably 15-20 barbers over the course of my life, I have now been going to Kori for 4-5 years now and will not go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

I had my beard trimmed by Leza a few months ago for a christmas event; it was a great experience with great results - worth every penny. I shaved it a few weeks later but it's growing out again and I'll definitely be back!

I've been coming to this barbershop since I've moved to Waterloo and have always gotten amazing service, good conversation, and a great cut. Everyone at the shop is outgoing and friendly. The last time I was running late I called in and Jordan was extremely helpful and still able to accommodate me, which was a relief for me. Definitely recommend Le Barbershop!

My husband and our two boys see Kori at Le Barbershop and we have had amazing service! Kori has been so patient with our nervous 4 year old and has done everything to make him feel safe and comfortable!The boys always get compliments on their haircut. But more importantly, they have a great experience when they are there.

I have been going to Le Barbershop since it opened, and to Leza for years prior as well.The shop, and all of its staff are skilled and professional, kind and accommodating.The business operates smoothly and without issue.…and most importantly, the haircuts are amazing…precise and impeccable.Keep up the good work Leza, Korie and everyone on the team!

Always enjoy coming here. Have gotten haircuts from Leza and Ivan and they have always provided excellent service! The whole crew is hilarious, friendly, and amazing at what they do!
