Our car fell on the side of the road during a really bad snowy night. We couldn't get up and had to call someone to boost us up on the road. A&A picked up the phone right away. They arrived exactly around the time they had estimated for us. The process of getting us back on the road was smooth because they brought exactly the equipment that was needed. Provided excellent service honestly. I would highly recommend them.

So glad I found these guys! I called Ama first and with their ‘discount’ it was more than what these guys charged. On top of that, A and A was way easier to deal with and gave me better service than I ever received from their competitors. I’m super busy with work and these guys made my life so easy! Would 100% use again. I actually cancelled my ama and just added these guys on my speed dial! Thanks again for the tow!

Short (and accurate) wait time for a tow for my truck. The driver was quick, efficient and friendly. Hopefully don't need to use this service again, but will use A&A if I do.

As a new immigrant into Canada, this is my first winter. The cold temperature affected my car battery and it couldn’t start. This affected me emotionally. I had several guys come boost my battery including a mechanic but the car didn’t start. So the mechanic asked me to tow the car to his shop. So I called a towing company that came and tried putting the car on neutral so as to tow the car but couldn’t so he left. Then I called another towing company who recommended A&A to me. Then I quickly went online to look for their number and called. So we had an appointment for 9am this morning, he was punctual and professional. On arrival he asked to try boosting the battery so as so save me cost of towing to the mechanic. I reluctantly agreed knowing that several guys have tried boosting the battery with no success. On seeing the battery terminals, he immediately spotted that there were corrosion all over the positive side of the battery. So he brought his tools, loosened the nut and cleaned it up, then boosted the battery. Guess what! Voilà!! The car started. Indeed he saved me some money. I am really grateful to you guys. Thank you.

My truck up broken into and the next day I had to open the doors but they lock the doors and killed my battery automatic door unlocked and there’s really nice guy Danny he was coming around the corner and he helped me out by opening the door for me thank you very much Danny I really appreciated it.Not very many people do things for free and I appreciate it very much.I had this one episode where My dog locked the doors on me when I was trying to fill up the truck and the keys were in the truck it was very cold outside I asked one other gentleman to help me out and he was there just winding in the tow rope but he was going to charge me $200 just help me unlock my door I didn’t use him because I did not have my debit cards or credit card my boyfriend was going home to get my spare set of keys i was outside for a hour it’s people like Danny that helps out people like us.Many thanks to Danny I sure hope A&A is glad to have you.

We weren't sure this morning if we needed a boost or a tow. We called A and A Towing and then a second towing company after we got no answer from A and A. We left a voicemail with the 2nd company, but it was A and A who called back! I'm glad they did. As soon as our new friend showed up, which didn't take too long for a Sunday morning, he knew that our car just needed a boost from the sound of the clicking. He was professional, quick to act, and knowledgeable about how to do his work. My husband and I are not at all mechanically inclined, so we appreciated his quick work. He hooked up the booster cables, and it became clear after a couple of minutes that this was exactly what was needed.I would highly recommend these guys! My dad's truck had to be towed and I called A&A Towing at around 8 am. He said he can come at 10:30 so we waited. At exactly 10:30 he messaged saying he's on the way. We really appreciate the professionalism and punctuality as we were busy!No hassle at all.
