One of a kind staff at this branch. They all truly go above and beyond for their members. Sebastian's efficiency, professionalism and knowledge was phenomenal and we were beyond impressed with his guidance on our deal. We had been at RBC for many years and never experienced such great service. Would highly recommend anyone looking for financial advice speak to Sebastian or Michelle. Both of them are incredibly knowledgable and their service is of the utmost quality.

I would say the most confused group of inexperienced individuals I have ever dealt with. I was given the run around trying to get a loan from them with a more then respectable income as well as my partner as totally personal why they declined me. I would say stick to the banks you know or a quality mortgage!.

They were replacing some signs in the parking lot today and had a lot of the parking spaces closed off, including the handicap spot. I went into the branch to explain I needed that spot to get my father inside and they were quick to help out. Had the sign company open up the spot, helped me get my dad into the branch, took care of all his banking needs and then gave us a helping hand back out the car. All with a smile on their face. This was exceptional service and am so appreciative of the kind staff. Thank you to the branch manager and Jessica. 2 excellent employees, you made a bad situation turn easy with no hesitation. Thank you!!!

A member for 15 plus years and wont give me a small loan when im in need.Good customer, they hold my mortgage. . They dont act like a credit union" but like a closed bond teachers union that they still strive to be like. All they want is high risk commercial stuff... Good luck... Because im gone"

We had a bit of a negative dealing here one time in the distant past, but Im happy to say we are very pleased with everything last few years. The counter staff are always pleasant and overall a pleased with services rendered.

prior to tandia I was with RBC for almost 30 years (29 to be exact) and although they were better than other banks they never emailed me to check on certain crucial transactions , in fact, they had difficulty with following simple instructions so tx to Kaylee at tandia Georgetown for checking in – impressive.
