We hired Cion Coulter to investigate 3 leaks in our house. We mentioned that we had already done our own water testing and couldn’t identify the cause of the leaks. They assured us that they would be successful in finding the cause of the leaks and that we wouldn’t have to pay unless the leaks were successfully identified and resolved.It’s been a year since we hired Cion Coulter to help us fix our mystery leaks, which have caused us a lot of stress and over $30k of damage to our house over the past year. Zero of the 3 leaks have been resolved. Zero. All 3 leaks are still active and will leak when it rains outside. One leak was not even investigated and was not mentioned in the written report.We wasted a lot of time and money to be exactly where we were before hiring Cion Coulter. We are disappointed with the quality, accuracy, and thoroughness of their work. They made false promises and guarantees during the sales process to get us to sign a contract with them, only to go back on their word when they were unable to identify the cause of our leaks.I wish I could give zero stars on the rating to reflect the number of leaks they solved for us. I would not recommend going with this firm if you’re looking for actual solutions to your building’s problems. Save yourself the trouble and money and hire someone else.

I use Cion at a number of Condominium Communities. They are fantastic at finding leaks and troubleshooting a number of complex problems. Andrew Poirier is both professional and creative in how he sets out to resolve the issue.
