So hard to get a job here. I've applied almost 10 times and got rejected everytime. Yet I have a strong resume lots of relevant volunteer and work experience, and a university degree. Yet I can't even get an interview.

Terrible staff other than Ayla, she's awesome. I find most of the programs ran here are just a cash grab for funding and job creation. The staff barely fulfil their duties or do a half job when doing so and when you mention it to them they take it personal and blackball you from the supports that are for the clients and the reason why they are being paid for to begin with. Also, I forgot the woman's first name but her last name is Monkman, the one that looks like a chipmunk, is absolutely rude and is a misandrist. The time I was working under her in a job program ran by their program called Level Up" I felt that she was nicer to female clients and hated me due to my gender and would also make fun of my clothing."

Worst experience trying to get help in my life. A few staff care, but most are there to coast and play on their phones. And never, EVER, seek mental health services here. Had issues since I was a kid and never seen anyone be so disrespectful and misunderstanding of mental illness as their mental health workerOnly redeemable quality is they serve good food if you're in a pinch. Seriously, kitchen staff, yall were always awesome

Place is a toxic haven. They'll get you in and have you feeling sorted out. Though with time you'll find that they're more about 'pretending' to do their jobs rather than showing results. Also, don't get a full time job if you're housed by them. You'll be at fault for not being able to keep contact when you can't come in to their drop in hours, even IF you have their staff added on Facebook. Apparently that isnt a form of contact, who knew? This being said I'm sure there are (at best) 2 employees remaining that are solid. If you go here, get your lunch. Get out.

Great services, not so great delivery. The people seem nice and appear to do what they can if you are personally with them or on their first message to you. But then they will not respond. I've tried to make so many appointments to see the nurse or laundry but miss it because they either don't tell me they made the appointment or they just.... Never respond. And never have I ever received an apology for them leaving me hanging for weeks at a time. I'll follow up my own message asking where theyre at and they respond more than a week later with an unrelated message, like they've simply forgotten or something. Would be nice if they apologized because that's basic needs, stuff like IDs and healthcare I'm missing out on. Ray is my only way of seeing nurse Amanda right now but hard when they say they'll book you in and never do. I go in-person but they say I have to contact the mental health team". I do

Some of the most disappointing service I have ever received. I went to them for help in finding a place to live, and both times with two separate ladies I was shown one apartment and then never helped or contacted again, I was told I would get help aka. I'll be available next week". 2 weeks later and they didnt even have the courtesy to send me a message. The level of professionalism here is so disappointing!"
