I had surgery at the clinic this year and am very happy with the outcome. Thanks to Dr. Ash and the staff at the clinic for an overall great medical experience.

Reception is very bad. Everything is over the phone because of covid but scheduling appointments and being on the phone with these people has proven to be very difficult and a waste of time.

Terribly disappointed in the service. they tell you to bring a full bladder for an 11:30 appointment. I showed up at 11:15. After waiting over 1.5 hours I had to say something to the reception. Although she was nice idk who dropped the ball. She finally let me pee in this machine so I could empty my bladder. People walking in after me were/are going in.There is a reason why you have appointments. I’m still waiting to see the doctor and it’s been 100 minutes. Fast approaching 2 hours.I don’t mind waiting as I understand doctors run behind schedule but this amount of time is absurd. Especially when the appointment takes 4-5 months to schedule.

I had an excellent experience at this clinic. Dr. Bhargava was so informative. She took the time to explain my procedure thoroughly and I did not feel uncomfortable asking her questions.

I never seen terrible service in my life. My pharmacy sent fax 2 times in a week they dont know fax arrived or not. First they say that check fax number, I checked it’s a right number then they realized that they have a fax sent by pharmacy. Problem didn’t end here. They don’t have enough information what’s covered by health or not. Also not all but one of them at reception communication skills 0. She speak English but hard to understand. Problem didn’t end here. Then they try to reach pharmacy for learning whats covered by health card. All this happened one day which is yesterday . Now doctor is off today so his assistant too. I have to wait for my medication at least 3 extra day. So please don’t buy or get any service here.

Dr.Maharaj is by far the most caring doctor I have met. He met with me on a Sunday afternoon via zoom for an hour to answer my questions on THD, then the next day I visited him at the clinic for an in person consultation and visual evaluation of my case. He called me personally the night after surgery to check up on me, and texted me over the next few days to see how I recovered. Everytime I had a question, I texted or called him and he responded within the hour. I have never (and will likely never) experience this level of patient care again.It’s clear this is the way to go for anyone suffering from Stage 3 or 4 hemorrhoids - though the procedure is expensive, I am thankful this option is finally available in Canada, and there’s no better place to spend the money on than myself so I can be freed from this ailment and be there for my kids!!Thank you Dr.Maharaj - you are an excellent surgeon and a kind soul, thank you for genuinely caring about your patients and the work that you do. If you are contemplating this procedure, I hope this review brings you hope and encourages you to pursue, it’s definitely worth it!!

Dr. he’s disrespectful he don’t wanna listen

Great Medical facility! The doctors and staff in this facility are taking medical health care to the next level. Amazing and welcoming staff from the moment you walk through the doors.

Dr. Fazio, specifically, a urologist, works at this clinic. Stay away from this man. A hustler and a fast talker, but very little care or concern by him or the staff at Beverly Hills, for my father. My father is 88 and at Humber River Hospital. Fazio's lack of care and concern have kept in the hospital 2 extra days and counting.
