What a pleasant experience we had with Idylltyme!!! Jenn and Nick went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with our new boat and have continued to stay in contact with us. I was 2700km away in Florida when we decided to get in the market for a boat. Jenn and Nick always responded in a timely manner and always answered my questions clearly with no nonsense or sales tactics. They really know what customer service is all about and were fair on pricing. I could have bought the same boat in the Toronto area for $800.00 less but driving up to North Bay was totally worth it as their attention to detail, customer service and friendliness have won me as a Customer for life. Had a few issues with my boat last year and brought it to Idylltyme and they fixed it up and winterized for me. Haven’t had a chance yet to try their fix but as I was unwrapping it for the season, I noticed that the battery was missing from the winterization. I called them to see if my battery was still there and they said “yes it is! Bring your boat over to us and we will install your battery and fire up the boat to make sure it’s running well!”I couldn’t ask for better service! Idylltyme is top notch in my books

These guys are the best. I brought my boat in to have it winterized and wrapped. They Did their best to get me in , since I left it to the last minute. Extremely friendly. Jenn even took the the time to explain to me how to transfer my ownerships and warranty, even though I bought this boat used from one of their customers, she was more than happy to help. Mike and Kyle took the time to explain things on the boat i needed to know. I left not only a new customer but also feeling like I made some new friends as well. Thanks again for the excellent service!

Absolutely amazing customer service. I needed a new part for my old sled they ordered it in the next day, this has been a couple times they have done this for me. Also, I picked up a new helmet for my girlfriend this year and the lady was so nice and helpful I cant say enough about this business. Please go here and get your stuff before a corporate enterprise you will not receive the same attention and respect!

I bought my first boat and it had an old 9.9 on it. I brought it to these folks and less then 24hrs later I got a call saying it was ready. They replaced a couple parts, greased it and cleaned it right up. When I took it out for a spin it was purring like a kitten. Highly recommend these folks.

Awesome place to deal with. We purchased our Fourwiins a few years ago from Mike, and now that we purchased a cottage back near the bay, we still get the best service from Mike & Jenn. They not only make you feel like a important customer, but also a friend. They take the time with you and never make you feel uncomfortable. The service is excellent,,they do exactly what you ask for,,have smaller sled used for grooming trails,had starting issues and brought it in,it starts like new agian,very friendly with good communication,I strongly recommend
