I really appreciate Dr. Sandy Johal's eye examination and lens prescription. Dr. Johal is professional and she provided a thorough examination and explanation of her observations. I found the overall process efficient, but not rushed and the optician (Ena) very informative in helping me navigate glasses and lenses.

Beyond impressed with Dr. Rai at Panorama Optometry. She always goes above and beyond for me and my husband to ensure our eyes are healthy! I have never had an eye doctor spend quality time and conduct thorough examinations like Dr. Rai. We know that we are in good hands and always leave happy! Highly recommend Dr. Rai from Panorama Optometry! Fantastic doctor, friendly staff, and great selection of glasses, contacts, vitamins, and more!

Dr. Sandy Johal and team are excellent! Dr. Johal has worked with me for post concussion vision issues. Together with her Vision Therapist Rachel I am now able to read again. Many thanks to all of you for your patience and guidance in retraining my eyes and brain to reconnect.

Just walked in to look at the frames! No one said hello? But all 3 of the staff just stared at me? Was very uncomfortable!I came in looking for frames…asked if they had any frames on sale…and the girl rolled her eyes and started listing off where the cheap frames were? I never mentioned cheap?She couldn’t have looked any less engaging and was like a sloth on her chair! Gather they do not need any business.Terrible experience!

I must say, after my car accident, I didn't have much hope in regard to my recovery. I was getting migraines and blurry/double vision and was very symptomatic. After starting vision therapy, I noticed immediate improvements. I now do not have nearly as much migraines, I am not experiencing double/blurry vision, and I once again have hope for the future. Working with Rose has been a life changing experience. She is very personable, informative, and patient. Her expertise in vision therapy and her approach have been something I am so grateful for. She is kind and understanding and supportive. Thank you Rose! Vision therapy has changed my life for the better, and my recovery would not be where it is without it. I worked with Dr. Helon Law and my vision therapist Alex for over 1.5 years to rehab my vision after a car accident and concussion.I didn’t even know that my vision was impaired and that it could be retrained through therapy.Fast forward 1.5 years, my vision is almost “normal” and symptoms like double vision, blurry vision, difficulty with depth perception, etc. have improved.Dr. Law is immensely knowledgeable and is always up-to-date with the latest in neuro-optometric best practices. Alex has been an amazing vision therapist to work with, who has been patient, encouraging, and great with explaining all the various exercises my eyes and brain required.I can’t thank Dr. Law, Alex, and the rest of the Panorama team enough. Vision therapy has made a significant step forward in my post-concussion recovery and my confidence. Now I can move on to other treatments to address my other post-concussion symptoms.

Panorama optometry is filled with intelligent, kind and very professional people! We have been taking our daughters there for a couple of years and they are always warm, helpful and kind, so happy to make the trip from vancouver for them!
