Le's Studio In Nanaimo

Overall lots of selection of nail colours, and quick, efficient service. However, keep in mind there is barely any ventilation in the studio so there is a very strong smell of nail paint in there. I would suggest having more ways to create air flow there.I did find that Le is quite direct though with her comments and I didn't feel the warmth that I usually experience at other nail salons. A bit overpriced for the unpleasant customer service...I should have just gone to one of the expensive nail salons in Nanaimo instead, atleast there would have been a pleasant atmosphere/no strong smells and kind customer service experience for the money I would have spent.

A very pleasant experience in a pretty and professionally appointed salon. Le is a sweetheart. She is helping bring my nails back from gel hell!

Le was very pleasant, fit me in on short notice for a basic manicure, and has reasonable prices. I had a no gel, clear color manicure. She runs this business out of her home and seems to be a well run salon. She was working alone when I was there so I do not know if she has other technicians. I felt rushed even though she only had one other client and she was on her phone having a conversation most of the time. I probably will give it another try to see if the experience is better.

Mens Pedicure: Le did a very good job, and her studio was very comfortable. Le was awesome, kind and a pleasure to meet. I will return for other services in the future. I'm glad I made the choice to visit Le's Studio, very good :)

I’m a very easy going person when it comes to dealing with rude customer service. But this lady showed absolutely no effort in even trying to be nice. I had my 1.5 year old son in my arms (was dropping off my aunt who doesn’t speak the language and I wanted to translate to make sure she received the services she wanted). Almost immediately I was told to leave and wait outside, without even given a chance to explain the situation. I was not planning to stay inside but her attitude made me incredibly upset. It’s already hard enough going places with kids and then having someone treat you with such little respect or kindness.While paying she complained to me about my aunt not telling her properly what she wanted which I explained that’s why I was there for but for pretty much kicked out before being able to explain. Then once payment came, I put my card on the pad and I got yelled at because it was an insert not a tap on. She complained that my putting the car on top of it it screwed up the payment when really all she had to do is click the back button.Anyway, first and last time visiting this place and definitely would not recommend it.

Took my daughter and niece there today for a manicure and was over the moon with her services. She is super nice, fast and does an amazing job! I will definitely be back.

Le’s the best. She’s efficient, professional, consistent and sweet. She gave me the best French manicure I’ve had. It lasted far longer than any of my manicures in the past. I also go to her for waxing. She makes this as quick and painless as physically possible. I won’t be going anywhere else for spa needs.

Always very happy with Le's good care and her wonderful pedicures. Many salons' work is merelycosmetic, but Le has such skill, knowledge and experience that her care is medicinal as well as beautiful.Every attention to detail is considered and her care is a treat not to miss. I highly recommend her salon.

I have been seeing Le for quite some time. Her clean studio is welcoming and she is very professional. Le has done my lashes, eyebrows and waxing and I have been extremely satisfied with her skills. I highly recommend Le for all your beauty treatments.
