Walked in the store and I received the nicest hello from Jill. She was very helpful, really nice and knowledgeable. Jill was attentive, making sure I was finding what I needed. The store is clean and well stocked. Anna at the checkout was also very nice. I don’t often go to the LCBO but with such amazing customer service, I’m going to start:)

Usually have a good experience here. Good stock and helpful staff. Today Jasna on cash was absolutely clueless and in their own world. Sent a few people who were waiting longer to the back of the line then somehow someone who just showed up for cashed out first. Poor customer service skills from that employee.

Bought a good scotch here once. This time, they didn't have the one in the size that I wanted. So, I bought some Jamiesons after looking at my options. I didn't see any people in the aisle to help me but I wish they were there.

Very organized, clean and pleasant but the very rude old gentleman, scolding the collaborators in front of the people who were in the store, he looks bitter and gives very bad service, he looks at you as if he were going to ask you for a gift, if you are so upset with life because it doesn't allow a more talented person to fill that position. I will never go back there again.

I went to this location and it was an awful experience. The old man stocking shelves yelled at me jn front of the whole store. He was incredibly rude and condescending. I will never step foot in this location again. Truly awful customer service.
