Was sent here by Dewalt to have my router repaired through warranty. First, the gentleman I believe to be the owner...I think he chose a business he wished he was never in, as he came across as unhappy with his work.Secondly, I was told generally it took 2 weeks for such repairs, but to expect a phone call when completed. No phone call and almost 4 weeks later I decided to drop by. It was sitting there waiting for me, but no phone call. Great customer service. NOT!!!! If you are not that happy doing this kind of work, get out of the business.

Although it's not their business to consult, I called and received excellent over-the-phone advice that will save me time and money in the long-run. I don't usually write reviews but after seeing a few negative ones posted here I thought it only fair to share a positive experience.

Great to deal with. Never met the owner. Did everything over the phone. I found him because he’s registered as an authorized Dewalt dealer. I needed a flywheel for my compressor and couldn’t find one nor could I buy one on line from Dewalt USA. I called and spoke to Bill who took my information and found the one I needed. The part number had been updated which is why I couldn’t find it. He spent a lot time getting it for me and quoted a price that was unbelievably inexpensive. He ordered the part for me. Without the part my compressor was only scrap metal. I can’t say enough about this guy and his business. He has all my small engine business and praise for service as long as he is in business. Thank you Bill.

Best place to get your mower or blower fixed or serviced.You can just tell when you walk in by the way the owner keeps his shop neat and orderly that he will have the same care for your equipment.There is only one of him so be patient, he is busy but seems to be able to get the job done on time.

He always has the part, even when no one else does, he can find it.

I thought my late model lawn trimmer was destined for the landfill. Here you will find a wide array of parts, well organized and pleasantly displayed as well as unrushed professional service. This was a great experience and I now have a working trimmer for the bargain price of $5. I highly recommend this business

The original owner was great, and the business was reputable.Now, it has gone to shame, and they have zero clue what they are doing!

Not impressed with their customer service, when I called for information, it took a while for the owner to answer. When he answered, he sounded very rude, as if I was an inconvenience to him. Needless to say, I WILL NEVER do business with Foxboro Power Equipment again!If the google review would let me, I would not give this business any stars!
