I have been using Dryer Vent Wizard for years and have always been pleased with their service. Their techs have been prompt, informative, and professional. This year Jean came for the service. Despite the long run of our dryer vent, he confirmed that we have good air flow and can continue with service every two years so we appreciate that he didn't try to oversell" the service. He did a very nice job of cleaning the vent and left thinks very neat. He was a pleasure to deal with and honored the discounts associated with my "lifetime" membership. I will continue to use Dryer Vent Wizard and highly recommend them."

This was my first time using a vent cleaning service and I was very pleased with the professionalism and care taken. Connor patiently answered all my questions and did a very thorough job. He knew right away that my duct work needed to be replaced and he worked very efficiently to get the job done. I would recommend Dryer Vent Wizard to anyone looking to have their system maintained.

Have used service several times without issue or complaint. This time first appointment was cancelled because tech was sick, rescheduled for following week. Cancelled again because tech still sick(?). Scheduled third appointment with usual 10am to 3pm window. Wasted day waiting for tech who did not come nor did anyone contact us as they had the first two times. Understand cancelled appointment for sickness but second for same and third a No Show is just a bit much.

Dryer Vent Wizard replaced dryer vent and cleaned dryer filter out. Also replaced outside vent as well. They were very professional and prompt. I would highly recommend them.

Great experience with this company. Easily scheduled a service appt online and a tech was out here promptly on the date and time scheduled. Jesse G was excellent. He quickly diagnosed the issue with our dryer vent and reconstructed it to work properly the very same day. He was pleasant, clean and efficient. Cost for services were reasonable... can't be same day service! I wouldn't hesitate to use them if you suspect you need your dryer vent looked at!
