In the first few days of February I contacted this company via phone to get a quote for two heaters being replaced. The lady who answered was rude, and I was told that to get a quote I'd be waiting two weeks. I was fine with that and left my name and phone number. I did not hear from them.A month went by so I contacted them via phone to get an update. The same lady answered and was again short with me, and told me she'd be calling me back right away and that she already had my phone number. She refused taking my phone number again.Another week goes by with no response, I email through the company website hoping for a paper trail response from someone. No one from this company has contacted me.I do not recommended the service this company provides.

Unbeliable overcharged, 1500 for 3 hr work, simple splice repair for an underground pump install. . Try find anyone else, should have been 200-300ish based on 3 other electrical i have asked, used opportunity to rip me off as billed through 3rd party plummer otherwise would have refused to pay. Asked them to explain nonone given
