Delany's Coffee House
I like Delany's. Solid coffee choice. People in the neighborhood revere this place, but to me, it's just a solid coffee house. Bit of a snooty staff member today told me where to line up and didn't provide a sleeve for an extremely hot beverage and when I asked told me to go to the milking counter despite having the sleeves right there, even supplying the person before me and after me with one. I suppose she did like the cut of my jib.

Delany's Coffee House
I was walking around the area to have my coffee and have a sit down for a bit as it was rainy outside. The rest of the big coffee shops around don't have enough seating capacity so I am glad I was able to find this cozy place and found seat with a view. The people are very nice and free Wi-Fi is available! I'm giving a 4-star overall, because I can't easily spot the pricing for the sandwiches displayed on the front shelves until it was punched on the register. Nonetheless, sandwich was served nicely grilled and warmed up.

Busy place for a very good reason.... coffee is excellent along with great service. Try the cold brew, it is very smooth.

A lovely place but the prices are above average and we got bloated after eating here. The drinks and date bar are just typical nothing special or delicious.

One of my favourite places close to the beach. Perfect choice for studying and remote working. Coffee is really good and rich in taste, and the price is more reasonable than many other similar places.Enough tables and seating areas available inside and outside . Staff are nice and smiling.

Delany's Coffee House
We make a point of stopping here when we're in Vancouver because we love Delany's that much. Everything is delicious, but what I really love is how the staff make you feel when you walk in the shop. They're so friendly and you can tell that many of their clientele are regulars. They immediately treat you like you're part of the 'family' and it's just such a lovely experience. And the pastries are divine!!

sat outside and had a coffee. nice patio for street side seating. quick service. coffee was good. staff cool and seasoned. good bathrooms. as good as any place to take a break.

coffee was good, nice interior design. The chai was not as sweet nor heavy as those I had in state. Nice interior and outdoor seating. My only complain (hence the 3 stars) is that it was just a little too dirty.

I wasn’t expecting much from their vegan wrap but it was really good. It was filled with cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage in mango chutney sauce.

The order cashier is the worst ever I have in this coffee shop although you have the best coffee in town tbh. This cashier just pressed the button by himself at the higher tips when I was just asking where shall I press? No a patient, not a friendly one even to his colleague.
