Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Enterprise is one of my best car rental service. When it comes to peterborough, I personally would highly recommend this location to any fellow student or person. They provide one of the best services and they go an extra mile to make sure your satisfied with what you get. I've been a regular customer since late December of 2017 and I haven't been disappointed with the services. They have never let me down, love the pick up and drop off #1

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
I reserved a car online and called to confirm and amend the booking once we arrived in Canada. On the day we went to pick up the car, they would not let us have a car without a local mobile number! They would not accept an international (UK) mobile number! At no point were we told this beforehand. I think it's absolutely ridiculous. It completely spoiled all our plans.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Made all our plans around the confirmed date booked for a car, only to be told the night before that no cars were available and they couldn’t tell me when or if one would be. I’ve never had this experience in the 10 years I’ve rented from Enterprise. I could have made other arrangements.

The Honda dealer booked a rental for me at this location and the entire experience was excellent! They picked me right on time and gave me a ride when I dropped off the car. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Needed a rental for all of March and into April 2022 while my own car was in for major repairs - reservation process was very quick and easy, service friendly throughout, and I was presented with a car that was clean and in the class I requested along with a clear accompanied inspection/walk-through during pick-up. Whole process was transparent and seamless.

Terrible service had an accident and Rudy never had a single vehicle the whole two weeks are truck was being fixed customer service was extremely ruse when i asked for help finding a vehicle at another location. This was a very stressful time for me as a business owner. My mechanic had failed to torque my wheels and one had flown off. They have they poorest customer service and 0 compassion if you are going through insurance. Cant rate 0 or i would

Absolutely fantastic Customer Service. Each person I encountered, were very friendly, kind and made the experience effortless. I had an issue with another location (drop off location), and was supported throughout the ordeal from this location. Each person from the Booking Agents, to the wonderful Office Staff, to the DM; were a pleasure to deal with. The service is greatly appreciated, and this location will always be my first choice.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Seems to be the only rental car location that doesn’t allow after hours car AND key drop off, as per the sign in the window, due to “unforeseen circumstances.” Would have been nice if we new in advance. Fantastic, 1 hour round trip to drop it off the next day and 50km wasted!
