I felt bad for the girl being trained. I could tell she was frustrated by the other girl breathing down her neck and micromanaging while training her. The tension made the experience pretty awkward. I've had to train under passive aggressive people like that in healthcare, so I can relate. Obviously it's impossible to tell if this is a pattern of behavior from one visit, so I have to give the benefit of the doubt and assume they were just having a bad day.
