Lindsay is the best when it comes to facials. She’s well educated in skincare and knows what your skin needs so your looking and feeling amazing! Love that she gives a neck massage and that my skin feels light and airy after my treatments. The space is always calm and relaxing and she’s the sweetest soul!You need to see Lindsay for a facial!

We should have read the reviews before booking. We paid $350 for a couples massage. My husband's was ok, however mine was not even a massage. It was an oil application at best. When I asked her to increase the pressure she was rather rude and informed me I would have to pay for a deep tissue if I wanted more pressure. Typically I have to ask for less pressure ... she then failed to do my arms and neck at all before she was out time. Overall I would never recommend.

If you are looking for an amazing facial or skin treatment, go see Lindsay! I have seen her for skin treatments for years and I have considerable improvements to my skin under her care. Every treatment I have had with her has been amazing. Lindsay is kind and gentle and ensures each experience is relaxing and leaves you feeling pampered. I highly, highly recommend Lindsay!

The staff were very nice and friendly, had great conversations. However, I was disappointed with the services provided. I asked for classic Mani and Pedi- which was already double the amount I usually pay- thinking from the price it would be really good. I got basic spa care, chips in my paint, some nails not completely painted, and my nails were filed too short. One of my favorite parts of getting a Pedi is the small massage usually given- which is also on their website description - It was a quick layer of scrub and that was it. I will probably not go back just because of the cost and simple" service provided."

I had an 80 minute massage with Lindsay. It was awesome! She gave me a great deep tissue massage and it was SO relaxing. We had a great conversation and I look forward to the next time! Thanks!

I had never experienced a hot stone massage before, so I thought I would try it out while on get-away for the weekend. My appointment was with Julie and my partner saw Alora (don't quote me on the spelling). Both of these massage therapists were friendly and attentive. The environment was very relaxing, including the aromatherapy and peaceful music. We left feeling very relaxed and spoiled. We couldn't decide who would be driving home because both of us felt like jellyfish. Thank you Serenity Spa for making our weekend so much more special!

This is the best massage I got. The staff there are very nice with their wonderful business. I'd love to go there always for massage. The massager Lindsay was experienced as a professional, does the service as she loves it. The staff there care about the customer more than any business. If you want to get a real experienced massage. They deserve the best, they are very polite and kind. I promise I had a pain in my body a week ago when I went there, all the pain disappeared even my foot was injured, Lindsay did the best and now i feel happy to hike all around mountains. If you want get a massage dont waste your time looking at bad reviews because they are not true. I can tell myself this is the best Serenity Spa ever. I am advising you for serenity Spa with all pleasures and thanks for the staff

We had a couples massage today very disappointing experienne. Neither one of these girls are trained RMT and yet they charge top prices that you would pay to someone with training! I could not believe that a spa would have people with zero experience.My husbands girls did not speak one word to him and there was absolutely no pressure exerted at all. She spent 1 5 min on each calf never even roughed his thigh. After 35 min he said he had enough and had her stop.My girl at least talked but was not experienced. My neck was worse when I came out than before the massage. Neither of them knew what the muscles were I came away with very little relief. I really would like to warn other people and would like our money back!

My husband and I both had disappointing experiences here when in town for a weekend. He had a very underwhelming massage and I had my nails done.MassageFirst, my husband was up-charged for a deep tissue massage that he definitely did not receive. The pressure was insufficient and the technique felt awkward to him. This full body massage was also definitely not full body as large muscle groups were missed. To add to the already negative experience the walls are paper thin and he could hear everything in the lobby where there are people coming in and out as well as people getting their nails done. After leaving he realized he wasn't given his billing information to charge to insurance despite making them aware that he would need this, so we will need to spend more time out of our day to go back for this information.NailsI had my nails done and paid high quality spa prices for an under-experienced and under-equipped nail salon that seemed to be sort of just thrown into the lobby area. There were maybe 10 shellac colours to choose from, none of them ones I particularly liked, and the ladies working didn't seem to know what to do to remove my old polish. I will say that my nail tech was lovely on a personable level and did a reasonably good job with what she had, it just absolutely was not worth what I spent and isn't what I expected for a resort" spa (there were air bubbles left in my polish and it chipped in under a week). We only booked here so a wedding party could get their nails done together. If you are in a similar situation I would strongly recommend getting your manicures before coming to Waterton
