The River Run Lodge
Had a very great meal and experience at The River Run Lodge. Reserving a table was very quick and easy. I selected “business” as the occasion because when I take my fiancé on a date it’s business time.Live music and screened in patio were really nice touches, as was the “thank you” card that the receipt came in. I will be reusing this card. It is a gift that keeps on giving.Food was amazing and the drinks didn’t skimp out on alcohol. The salmon tasted great even as refrigerated leftovers. The chef came out and introduced himself to the tables which was pretty unique. I appreciated that despite not knowing what to say and awkwardly smiling at him for the first 5 seconds. Sorry chef.Service was top notch as well. We forgot our takeaway container at the table and the server ran out with it to the parking lot just as we were leaving. At first I thought they were just really friendly and waiving goodbye but then I saw that she had the goods in her hand.

The ambience, service was excellent. The food was delicious too and they pit plenty of seafood on the plate. Loved the crispy prosciutto that came with the seafood carbonara.

What a jewel in the region! Well worth the experience. Beautiful vista of the Restigouche River in this hidden jewel of a former salmon fishing lodge. Excellent cuisine and polished service. Not one meal was below par.

My wife and I had a fantastic meal at River Run Lodge. We're locals, so we've tried many places around here, and River Run Lodge stands out. The food is incredible - every dish we tasted was both delicious and beautifully presented. The staff were welcoming and made us feel right at home. The atmosphere of the place is comfortable and inviting. If you're in the area, River Run Lodge is a must-visit spot. It gets a solid five-star rating from us!

Wonderful atmosphere, was there in 2019 and now has new owners,new decor and an amazing chef.We are visiting from Ottawa,my partner was born and raised in Campbellton so its nice to have a great spot to have a family dinnerOur server Mindy was exceptionalHave a great summer season

The River Run Lodge
The atmosphere can only be described as “enchanting”. It’s a beautiful, rustic, secluded lodge with a covered back porch, with a view of the majestic Restigouche River. It smells fresh and clean, and the serenity of the area means you hear the leaves rustling in the trees around you as well as sounds from the river. The food experience is delightful - many types of seafood are available. We tried mussels, scallops, crab cakes, salmon, steak … all were delicious. Portions were generous. I wish I had taken more photos! The owners were our hosts and were absolutely lovely. We can’t wait to return next summer!
