Fantastic service, can't recommend highly enough! We had a sudden ant infestation in our kitchen last night. I called and the owner, AJ, calmly talked me through what type of ant it likely was, what they could do to fix the problem and exactly how much it would cost. A technician, Kaylie, came first thing this morning, examined the problem, developed a customized solution for us and got right to work. She was super friendly and professional, took the time to explain the full situation, exactly what she was doing and when we could expect to see a difference. She took extra care to make sure the treatment would be safe for our young children, dog and my pregnant wife. And best of all, the ants disappeared almost immediately! No sight of them since this morning. Thanks so much, Kaylie!

Fellow who came did a good job and solved the problem. At least I hope never to see another bedbug. But it took spraying 4 times instead of what was supposed to be 2 times, getting rid of some furniture and having to put all my clothes through the drier. It was a horrendous experience. Very time consuming and too much work . I hope no one else ever has a “friend” bring them bedbugs.

The technician was quick to respond and very helpful; they also followed up with us to make sure the treatment had been effective. We would recommend them to anyone with a pest control problem.

I was not only given a great extermination by Ottawa Pest Control, but a solid education on what these critters are, do and how to make sure they never show up again! I love how kind and patient the staff that showed up to my house. If you have bugs or neighbours with bugs (like me) I recommend their services to get rid of and HELP bug proof your house!

Very professional and got the job done. We hate mice and they were scaring us in our walls and there were disgusting droppings everywhere. They were able to kill all of the mice!!

Prompt response to enquiry, on-site appointment within days, careful inspection of entire house. Located minor mouse infestation and treated all areas quickly and effectively. Was able to locate likely point of entry for the mice on exterior. No further mouse activity after about 2 months. Exceptional service, very professional. Would recommend easily.

Gabriel came in February at the first sight of an ant. I had a dozen or so more. He came back and sprayed the exterior. Only 2 more ants after that. Very relieved.

Pest Control Ottawa got rid of our skunk problem! They were very easy to contact, quick to respond via text and phone call and came right away. They were also the least costly from my research, and I called several companies.

Beware when you call and they give you a price they get to your home and then tell you everything is extra. I was told $380 and all of a sudden once the tech got to the house it was then $700-$800 so make sure you clarify. I even called back and was told they record all calls and the owner still refused to include what I was told.
