The food, atmosphere and service was exceptional. On top of things staff even went out of their way to mail the hats that my son and I forgot when we were there. Above and beyond service to say the least!! Will be going again next time we camp at The Pinery.

I've placed multiple big orders here for work, always given a day or twos notice and have never had an issue. One day needed to order a lunch for a surprise 20 people, done in 40 minutes and tasted fresh and not rushed, just the same as meals for two. Great place, great service, phenomenal food.

Tasty pub fare, hot spicy mulled wine and cracking fires in the outdoor firepits on the patio were exactly what we needed after a long afternoon hiking in the Pinery provincial park on this cold January Saturday. It was very atmospheric and nice. I'm definitely coming back there again!

We ate there while camping at Pinery provincial park, the chicken sandwich was OK, but the Greek salad wasn't (rotten cucumber and very small portion for the $12 price tag). The ribs were awful ($30). Prices are around $20. The special of the day double burger ($19) was 6/10.I don't recommend.

Our server Jeff was not very happy person. He was quick but no ice in my water, no cookie for my sons kids meal. My husband ask about a slushy drink and he got grouchy and tell him they have nothing. Food is food but service sucked. Other server in area seemed amazing.

Went to Grogs on the way home from camping. I loved the patio with the beautiful flowers. We had salads that were delicious! Our server was so friendly. We will definitely go here again.

First time with a smile and full bellies. Family of 4 had a great meal with great service. This place is busy though. We wanted to go back 3 days later but couldn't find a spot to park. You have to eat here!

Good food, our server was very attentive but the kitchen was SLOW! Waited over an hour for pizzas in the dining room while watching numerous boxes of pizza get run out the door for takeout...Again, food was very good but kids got bored and fidgety waiting that long for a meal.

We discovered Grog's a couple of years back and had no chance to visit again during the pandemic. We had to go back on our way to the Huron Country Playhouse. It certainly looks busy when we arrived for our Sunday lunch. Despite being told that there will a bit of a wait, we were seated after 3 minutes. They were being cautious I guess. We ordered a 2-piece fish and chips and Spicy Perogi Pizza. Both were excellent. The fish is crispy without overloaded with batter, the way I like it. The service is also excellent. A large part of parking area is now outdoor dining area. it would have been good if it wasn't threatening thunderstorm Sunday. Good food, good service, good atmosphere. Highly recommended.
