I had a bad experience. Communication leading up to my wedding was poor. Penny was unresponsive and unorganized. She forgot calls, ignored emails and missed the meeting a few days before my wedding to view my flowers. I understand July is a busy time in the wedding industry but it’s not an excuse especially after paying ~$1000 for flowers. In the end my flowers were ok but not the colours and type of flowers I had asked for. I would have been better off going to another florist . It would have saved a lot of stress, money and headaches from dealing with Blossoms.

I live in Montreal and wanted to send flowers to my girlfriend at her office in Bedford. The nice lady took my order over the phone and I described (vaguely) what I would like to send because obviously I could not see and choose the flowers for myself and my knowledge in the matter is very limited. They made a beautiful arrangement and delivered without fault. Excellent service!

Terribly rude and unprofessional customer service. The Valentine's Day arrangement we purchased for delivery had dying low quality flowers. Customer service hung up on me twice before agreeing to replace it. I was in tears after dealing with them on the phone. Never again!
