Absolute dog water service. Waited 10 mins, no one on queue in drive-thru. There are 4 employees inside and still can’t take order. It’s a fast food restaurant, atleast take the order and let the customer wait to take their food on time.

I recently purchased a combo of butterfly shrimp and an eight-piece nugget. Shrimp and nuggets were both fairly small in size. Like it was there to feed ants. Even that, in my opinion, is insufficient for a child to eat. Hardly worth the price I spent, honestly. The food was alright, though, and the customer service is great!

Worst service ever. I ordered a spicy meal and the guy told me it needs about 7-8mins, after about 15 mins, he gave me my order. When arrived home which is 1 mins away, I found the food was old not fresh at all and dry, same as the fries.Doesn't even deserve one star.YOU SHOULD LEARN HOW TO SERVE FRESH FOOD.

The fried chicken was amazing. This was my first time trying Popeyes chicken, the customer service over here was incredible. The business depends on servers, managers paying attention to the customers, happy employees Equals happy consumers" applies to a variety of brands and services. On this day we went in for lunch - both washrooms were out of order. No place to wash our hands, this is ridiculous! The Province or municipal health inspectors ought to come close this restaurant until they have operating washrooms. Isn’t this illegal?!

Dude, this is not spicy chicken. And this guy in the photo insisted that this is not mild, but regular spicy. Not spicy at all. Just won’t admit the mistake he made.
