Shantel's Wagging Tails

Taking care of our pet in the best way. Their online booking system is bit hard though. But they were helpful by understanding our emergency situation and accepted our boarding request. Great staff and helpful people. Our dog definitely loves to be boarded there. Planning to board there further in future.

Unfortunately I don't write bad reviews often but I feel like people should know our experience. We have two dogs who have stayed a week at the kennel. The staff are nice and they seemed to enjoy themselves so that wasnt much of an issue. Biggest con about the location is that there is no green space for the dogs to be in and use. The outdoor area is a fenced in peastone area, which might suit other dogs but isn't for us. The indoor area is all concrete so it gets really loud when a few dogs are barking which is super stimulating for the dogs which for our dog who has anxiety, isn't ideal. Again - for some dogs this may work for them.My reason for three stars is because we booked a groom here. Our dogs eye lids were cut on both sides after getting trimmed, and the one side that had a mole was cut open. I reached out through calling (no one ever picks up the phone) AND email to share my experience with them and what I saw on her face with photos and no one ever got back to me. The lack of communication is really disappointing and frustrating. Unfortunately this will be our last time booking our dogs here.

The staff here are amazing. They really care. It was last minute for us as we were on vacation and they found room for our little dog to attend their doggie daycare for a day.

Nothing is better than knowing that my four legged friend is in good hands while I’m gone away. In good hands Lily was while she stayed with Bruce and Debbie. I want to thank you for the peace of mind knowing Lily was doing well (great communication) and I feel she improved in some of her manners. Not nearly as reactive to other dogs. :) B&D have a great summer and hope to see you in October.

I feel fortunate that I found Shantel's Wagging Tails. The staff is very polite, friendly and helpful. The one great thing is that there is a separate area for small dogs. That's important to me and my little Boston Terrier since I felt that I might be putting him in harm's way if all dogs, large and small, were together. Kudos to the staff for keeping me informed on how Spike's day went. I love this place.

Our dog Sully absolutely loves Shantel's Wagging Tails and is always overwhelmingly excited when we pull into the parking lot. The staff are very friendly and always welcoming. Sully is always exhausted when we get him home from playing with all of his friends.

We are so happy to have found Shantel’s. The staff are so great, the online booking is fast and easy, and our puppy is happy and exhausted when she comes home.
