I've been bringing Prada to Jennifer for grooming for nearly ten years, since we adopted her from Loretta. Their love for each and every dog, as if they are part of the HUUGE family of little ones is UNMATCHABLE!!! Would highly recommend for Breeder, Groomer, and extended family!

Loreta, is the only person I trust with the care of my dogs. She is very professional and yes, she has lots of rules for boarding but ultimately they are ONLY for the well being of your dog. It is the only place where my baby stays happy and she is returned in good health. She always wag her tail when she gets to her second home if you are really concerned about your dog wellbeing, this place is HIGHLY recommended.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. My Yorkie Woofy got his first haircut today. They did an amazing job and he was not nervous or scared. They genuinely love what they do it’s obvious with the results.

I recently stopped by to inquire about services and puppiesWalked in unannounced was ushered out by an extremely rude women stating she was the owner wondering how I got in the unlocked gate. Inquired about services and puppies. Women said litter coming available in JuneShowed me 3 other dogs 2 that were available she was so rude and advised me her puppies were very expensive assuming i could afford one went i could have easily purchased two that day. The conditions inside were dirry and smelled very bad. After seeing 3 of her dogs who were dirty and starved for attention and the rudeness of this women i would never consider getting a puppy from her and will advise anyone that I know not to go there. So disappointed with not only the business but the rudeness of this women.

My wife and I purchased a one year old pup from Wag a Way and I found Loreta to be non transparent and suspicious to deal with. Wanting only cash as payment was first red flag.Upon taking our pup to our veterinary office we discovered that we were dealing with serious health issues , bad teeth and vaccines not up to date. Our inquiry about the veterinary office and care given to him was rudely denied in loud harsh language and tone. Several more attempts to inquire on phone ,text and emails were all denied .Loreta's solutions for dealing with the health issues was not to cooperate with our vet but to simply hand him over to her to deal with it ???? We were shocked at her response . I will never ever trust her ! Loreta is unethical business owner caring only for her stature and moneyThere was no financial support from Loreta and we carried the full burden of the costly and very painful care that our pup needed. Thank fully he is now healthy with a clean bill of health,. No thanks to Loreta !My advice to anyone looking for a new loved one is PLEASE go somewhere else that actually cares about the dogs and not just the money.!!!!

This has been in my head ad heart for years i applies to work her over a decade ago so more then 10y and i went on for my first job and i quite in 30minutes or less maybe 10minutes. Lady owner (big lady) was yelling at the dogs 3 little torkies im a crate she was saying shut up. Then there was crates stacked on top of other crates so little dog in plastic crate on top of big dog crate. It was terrible im suprised this place stillopened idk who is managing it atm but i woild put my dog here if i had a kennel i would be the best i truly love animals and im vegan but there many lovely none vegan animal lovers just saying. I hope people can treat animals of all types the way they want to be treated and o hope f vrates arent used in this place anymore and proper dog rooms are made!

Loreta Serafini is not the person you want to deal with if you value honesty and a transparency in a relationship with a breeder. We met Loreta Serafini this summer at Wag-A-Way kennel and placed a deposit on a puppy. We subsequently visited our puppy twice, as we were encouraged to do so, before our pick-up date in early July 2020. All in all, we traveled to Oakville 3 times, a total of 6 hours driving. On both our visits to see the puppy we enquired as to the puppy's date of birth and were told by Loreta that she didn't have that information to hand. Over the course of a few weeks, via email, we asked three more times for the date of birth. Loreta ignored this question every time until after asking five times, we said that we were concerned that we weren't being given this simple information. Loreta responded by email to say that a puppy's birth date was something she only gave out upon pick-up and since we were not happy with that, she would refund our deposit. We were, needless to say devastated, as we were already emotionally invested in this little pup. We were appalled at being treated in such a way. I later contacted the Yorkshire Terrier Association and enquired as to whether it was typical for a breeder to withhold the birth date of a puppy. They said no, this was not normal practice, and commented that perhaps you've dodged a bullet". In other words
