Bought iPhone 14 pro max from this store. The staff gave me wrong deal which I never asked for and are neither accepting their mistake not rectifying it. Above all this they were very rude. Definitely Best Buy made a mistake hiring them.

Bought a new kindle cord there and when I was overcharged due to a special order status that was incorrect, the customer service was brilliant in that they understood my complaint immediately, didn't question or argue with me, and immediately gave me a refund. THAT is how you retain loyal customers.

Pathiv was great! We were never assisted as good in a koodo representative. We were ready to go out when he stepped in and made sure we got what we wanted. He took the time, patience and did great! We definitely recommend the experience.

Staff can be very loud and annoying. One tried to upsell me a phone I couldn't afford or need and in general not super helpful.However, I know that most staff aren't like that. If you wanna buy through best buy go to the store on Stony Plain road.

Being new to Alberta, not knowing the transit very well and having my phone die while at the mall, I had no idea how I was getting home. He was so kind going out of his way to help me. They should update the hours online. Its says they are open till 9pm. On the door at the store it closes at 7pm. How many people show up thinking they are open? I guess that's why they are barely making a go of it 11am to 7pm a huge store only open 8hrs
