Our server upgraded our salad order without us asking. It cost a lot more, but the worst part of our entire experience, she completely forgot a platter order. To top everything, it took forever to get our bill. There were only 3 of us, not sure why such bad service. We will not be going back next time we are visiting Ottawa. Do not recommend this place.

It was the great experience for us. All good was flavourful and mind blowing! Chef Ali was very nice person and inspiring! I recommended specially humus with pine nuts and also mix kebab plate was delicious! It’s best kebab restaurant in Canada! When I come back to Ottawa, I’ll the first place I’ll visit here!

Very delicious meal. Service was fantastic. All of our food was fresh and healthy. I have no complaints other than it is quite pricey. $50 each, and no beverages were ordered. Excellent Lebanese cuisine and hospitality. A large and spacious restaurant with ample parking. Quite suitable for events, family and friends. We were not rushed at all, which made our experience all the better. #localguide

What a great find! We arrived late on Ottawa and we're pushing it to find a place that would still be open. Saw that this place had great reviews and was close by to our hotel near the airport. Fantastic service, food and atmosphere! We ordered kebabs and an okra appetizer. Generous portion sizes!

Best meal I have had in a long time. Great service and amazing food. We had two apps and I had grilled lamb chops and my wife grilled chicken. Tender and perfectly cooked. We will be back!

I recently had the pleasure of inviting my family to a restaurant during Ramadan for an Iftar meal, and I must say, the experience was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and friendly smiles from the staff.The restaurant had a beautiful ambiance, with elegant decor and soft lighting that created a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The menu was also outstanding, with a wide variety of dishes that were all beautifully presented and tasted absolutely delicious.The staff did an exceptional job of catering to our needs, making sure that everything was just right and that we had everything we needed for a memorable and enjoyable meal. They were attentive without being overbearing, and truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.The Iftar meal itself was a true highlight of our experience, with a wide variety of traditional dishes and desserts that were all prepared to perfection. This place has its own place in my heart. The food is always delicious and filling. It is like a slice from home as it always reminds me of the taste of the old country. The staff, the waitresses and waiters are absolutely attentive, and when it comes to the kitchen staff, my heart is after them as they turn things around really quick and the food is always on point. Whether it’s a morning breakfast or an afternoon meeting you will not be disappointed to bring your family, your friends and your business partners. I absolutely recommend it as I make it part of my once, or twice a month visit. I highly recommend brunch time and will guarantee you that you will not need to eat until late dinner.

I tried this restaurant after hearing rave reviews about the food. Not sure what to eat, I ordered Arayes (ground lamb and beef, with onion and tomato) and ... did not like it.I am not going to say this is a bad restaurant as a lot of people clearly love it. I would also come back, but only with someone who would help me order. I should also note that the service was excellent and that the restaurant filled up after I arrived with many happy customers.However, being honest, I have to say that I did not enjoy the taste, which is weird, as I have eaten and enjoyed food from throughout the world.

The food was amazing and the portions were generous. I ordered take out for 5 people and there was more than enough food (yay to leftovers!) We had the chicken skewers, garlic potatoes, rice, and grilled fish. Everything was delicious and tender!I would definitely eat here again and would recommend!I can't forget the service either, very friendly, polite, and helpful :)Thank you!
