It was evening and the team seemed to concentrate on the drive thru orders only and took quite a while to get service at the counter. It looked like the employes we're very overwhelmed by all the orders that they had to process and to me it looked like manager was having a hard time directing his team through the rush. I understand being busy and short staff but at least acknowledging the clients at the counter would have helped rather it felt like the clients inside we're being ignored. A simple smile and saying that they would come serve us soon would have helped a lot

I pity the franchisee. The manager decided to close the dining room last Friday. He refused to serve me. Say what ???? So they lost a sale, and I will forever avoid that particular location. How stupid can you get ?

The crew of this branch is too young and doesn't show that they have received a good training, it will be important to clarify procedures for all potential situations
