the dentists are very rude and unprofessional, and they usually talk behind patients’ backs, if you are expecting a professional service do not come.

Hygienist Jackie is very unprofessional. Her phone calls and walk in inquiries are more important then the person on her chair. She over charges and make false diagnostic to make money. She made me under go multiple fillings that I did not need and they 2 wasn't done properly. I was charge $170 in insurance for teeth cleaning and was told I still need to pay 10% in hard cash($15). She scare me to death with fake cavity and booked me for 5 fillings. The dentist that did the filling was okay. But 3 of the teeth didn't need fillings, was charge $220 per filling and still had to pay 10%($20 per teeth).Since it was cover by Dental insurance the cost wasn't that important.The 3 perfectly healthy teeth I lost can never be undone.You have been warned!!!

I visited this office few months ago, I had not insurance cover, but office staff and dentist gave me quotation for every steps when they move to next treatment, and I had a good job done. That's why I gave office 5 stars.

when it comes to uncomfortable experience, i have to mention this clinic, they do not offer professional service and instead of that i felt like i was treated disrespectfully with no manner, i really hope you guys could change a bit so you can get more potential customers, thank you.
