Dr. Ou performed my unexpected c-section which took 6+ months to heal. Not sure why this OB is so popular in the community. Doctor is ok. Receptionist needs to be trained for sure. Can tell from the 1 star reviews.

I have visited with Dr. Ou twice now for different reasons. He was referred to me by my family doctor. Frankly, I am surprised by the negative feedback about him and his staff. On both of my visits, the staff was professional and very kind. I dropped the contents of my wallet when trying to show my health card and the receptionist came around and helped me pick everything up. She even offered wipes to disinfect everything. The wait time was very short (not even 5 minutes). Dr. Ou was kind, knowledgeable, reassuring and comforting on both my visits. I would not hesitate to refer him to my friends and family.

Dr. Ou looked after me for both my pregnancies. He is very kind and easy to talk to; he will patiently answer your questions. I agree that he is very busy with multiple patients in the same time slot (each appointment is usually only 5-10 mins) but I have never felt rushed to ask him anything .The receptionists are great at their jobs. There are 3 that I've seen and 2 are not overly friendly, but they are not rude. They are very busy; I enjoy talking to the more friendly one when I'm there :)

I called today Sep. 19th 2022 to Dr. Ryan Ou office to book an appointment for a Pap test. The receptionist who answered the phone was rude, unprofessional and not helpful. She said that I have to call my family doctor and ask for a referral to be able to get the appointment. Then she said that as a favor she will give me a Conditional" appointment for Dec. 16th

The women who speak English are really rude, didnot even let clients finish their words, she just keep saying same thing and ignore all request from me.

The younger reception is extremely rude. I feel so depressed after talking to her. Pick another clinic if you want to have a good mood during your pregnancy.

Dr. Ou is a great doctor I have ever met. Nice and patient! High skilled and experienced Gynecologist . Strongly recommend
