Neighbourhood is fairly nice, the people living there are friendly. The lot fees are a bit expensive in my opinion but comes with water, sewer, cable and internet. The neighborhood really safe never had any problems with theft or break inns. the internet used to be better when they went through Shaw rather than the company they go through now

Things have gotten better with Michelle as manager. We notice there is an effort to keep the park cleaner. Snow gets cleaned in a very reasonable time as well. Lot fees are really high though. But it’s definitely gotten quieter.

The quick communication with staff is very appreciated. They have a strong commitment to making a comfortable place to live, and the new community center really shows that!

I bought a place here 2 years ago lived here for a lot of years never had to many problems now I having problems as my neighbours keep throwing garbage in my yard.

WS just visiting a friend of a friends parents while my boyfriend did work on their vehicle. Live this trailer park it’s very nicely organized and very clean and friendly. Trailer parks are there own community in a way, love it! Awesome place to live that’s for sure.I live in the Rayner village alit smaller then this one but very tight community it’s a good thing everyone looks out for everyone it’s nice.
