Periodontal Specialists: Dr. Herbert Veisman

Dr Veisman has been taking great care of my periodontal health for over 10 years. My surgery was very successful and recovery was quick and surprisingly painless. Since surgery I have been seeing Dr Veisman and his hygienist team for ongoing care and regular check ups. Dr Veisman has personally coordinated these services with my general dentist very effectively so I feel very confident in my overall dental care. I highly recommend Periodontal Specialists.

Highly recommend Dr. Veisman for getting dental implants done. He worked on my implants 5 years ago and yearly check ups reveal that they are functioning very well. The staff is welcoming and always helpful.

I had two failed attempts by other specialists to prepare my tooth and bone for an implant. Ultimately, they were recommending a procedure that would take two years. A friend recommended Dr. Veisman. He was able to do the procedure in a single visit. His office has more current technology and equipment than the others. Also, I believe that Dr. Veisman is trained in more current and advanced techniques than others. Excellent result.Thank you.

My dentist failed my implant site twice and insisted he knew what he was doing. He even claimed my surgical site simply rejected the implant and the bone graft.Dr Veisman used a block of bone for the site and it healed much better than what my previous dentist did with powdered bone. That dentist refused to acknowledge block bone is even a real thing. At the end, it turned out Dr Veisman was right- my bone graft healed beautifully, much better than the powdered bone graft done by the dentist.I asked Dr Veisman why each procedure he did was more expensive, to which he explained he used only premium materials to ensure the best healing and results. It’s true. I experienced no pain whatsoever from beginning to end. There was no swelling and no need for pain med.Many people I know only go to general dentist for implants but how many have gone through what I gone through? Time wasted and unnecessary surgeries?I suspect many dentists might be incentivized to “muddle the water” and downplay the necessity of specialist like Dr Veisman.Maybe pay for the right price and save those pains and delays. The sooner you get your teeth presentable the sooner you get your money worth.If you have difficult situations with implant I highly recommend Dr Veisman

Dr. Veisman has been my dental implant surgeon since 2006. He has done multiple implants for me in the past 16 years and I am very happy with the results. In 2016 I had need of dental implants relating to two extractions which had been done years prior, not able to secure Implant Surgeon specialist where live (small island).Was fortunate to locate Dr. Veisman via recommendation from friend.Being my first implants, had some concerns prior to surgery. Dr. Veisman & team were superb in how the procedures done, professional care with as minimal stress to me as possible.Six years later and I have had no issues at all with the two implant crowns.This year I needed four more dental implants, which also included two extractions and some bone grafting. Definitely was complexity to what required given that three teeth in same area & other been problem tooth for years with recent failed implant. Computer scan method used for crown prep was impressive, and all accomplished in minimal number of visits to Canada which was hugely beneficial to me. Again Dr. Veisman & team were amazing, added plus was the lab technician attending the insertion visit to ensure the fit was exact. Overall very pleased that returned to Dr. Veisman to have these procedures done, be hard pressed to notice implant crowns not my original teeth.Highly recommend Dr. Veisman for dental implants & related work i.e. get it done by the best"."

I highly recommend dr Veisman, he is truly the best dental surgeon and periodontist. Further, he has the best team of nurses, assistants and admin staff. I came to him with a very complicated case as my now former dentist put a front tooth implant that, as I now understand, was never properly inserted. It always hurt and my ex dentist always made it sound that it’s my fault. It became severely infected after only a few years and became loose. My former dentist said that the only option I had was to put a bridge on my front tooth and that no replacement implant was possible! This is when I decided to consult Dr Veisman. He and his staff kept me calm and comfortable throughout the entire process, from the surgery to the follow ups. I’m happy with the result and have absolutely no pain when I bite down on that tooth (unlike with the previous implant). I agree with some reviews that general dentists should not perform implant surgeries and at the end, whatever money you think you saved, will be wasted when you end up having an issue. Dr. Veisman's office has been amazing. I recently had gum surgery done and I felt completely at ease and the staff were kind and caring. Dr. Veisman was lovely and professional and had a great sense of humour as well. Would highly recommend coming here.
