Called first thing in the morning and came right away to fix a clogged toilet. Was quick to fix to the problem and took very liitle time. I would highly recommend Coffey plumbing.

Called Coffey Plumbing last weekend to get a drain unclogged. They were responsive and the service the plumber provided was good. All that said, unfortunately the openness and honesty of how I would be billed was deceiving. Also, the owner's willingness to rectify the situation was non existent and a waste of time. I was told that I would be charged a min of $400 for their double time call out charge which would cover the cost of the plumber for 2 hours. Although the high cost, I was happy they could get a plumber to me on the weekend. Plumber was at the job for a little over an hour and used a snake to clear the clog. A few days later I get an invoice for $483 + tax. When I questioned the owner of the extra amount charged for labour ($425), extra charge because the plumber used a drain snake ($45 - don't all plumbers use snakes?), and extra charge for the truck ($13 - of course I didn't expect the plumber was going to walk there), he said I should have just known about these extra charges without them having to tell me because that's normal". He (Kevin) told me that no one ever complains about these charges and that I am a first. He did not want to rectify anything about the situation and felt belittled by even asking.My advise - before agreeing to any work with Coffey Plumbing get it in writing first. Otherwise you will get gauged for extra charges that won't be brought to your attention beforehand."

Highly recommend this company. This was our first time using them and we will definitely be calling them again. Quick, professional, honest and thorough work.

These guys are great. Brian showed with a co op student to install our dishwasher. He was polite , respectful and efficient. He was amazing teaching the student about the job and showed great leadership skills.They did a fantastic job and would highly recommend them. Will surely use them again when needed.

I cant thank Coffey plumbing enough! We've had two major problems at our house in the last couple of months. Kevin was here within minutes! He has been so helpful. Thank you so so much!

My wife and I woke up this morning to a wet basement. We called Coffey plumbing and the owner Kevin came with another guy very quickly. There were both very professional and figured out the problem before we were doing the back stroke. Were having them come back to do all repairs and there even going to clean our furnace. If you have any plumbing or heating issues call Coffey plumbing first.

We had been told we needed a new well and I called coffey's to see if they could come take a look. Within 1/2 an hour the problem was diagnosed and the pressure tank needed to be replaced. They came back 2 weeks later and replaced the tank. Both times during the COVID pandemic, both times extremely professional and helpful. I would recommend them to everyone!

Both times ive called coffey plumbing, they came the same day and fixed my problems. Receptionists are very friendly and so are the plumbers! Highly recommended! ... Update. I used coffey plumbing today for a 3rd time . This time to install a hybrid water softener/filtration system. They've already replaced 2 taps because of my hard water .. The plumber who came was very knowledgeable like the last 2 from coffey. He installed beautifully. Showed me how to use it . Filled it with salt for me and set it . Wonderful job again! I was also having a leak from my tankless hot water heater i had them look at while they were here . They diagnosed very quickly . They already ordered parts and will be back to fix when they arrive . Im new to the area. Extremely glad to find a reliable, honest ,good business like this! Thanks again coffey plumbing.
