My snow blower's auger belt started slipping right after a big storm, and atarted smoking. I filled out an on line request for service. Four days later, I have not received even an acknowledgment. I would give zero stars, but one is the minimum. You would think that if they were not interested, they would at least reply, but nada

My snowblower was in need of some TLC after a few years of neglect. I contacted Richard and his team who replied to my email promptly and set up a time for pickup. They came to place, took the blower, did a tune up and dropped it back off. Really... what more could you ask for? Even after a slight miscommunication in some of the work I wanted done, Richard went out of his way to get the job done to my satisfaction and make sure I was a happy customer.I can appreciate that some of the repair times may be longer, but bare in mind this is a small local business repairing winter based machines in the middle of winter.Thanks again Richard!

A friend of mine recently used MVS for their snowblower repair and were 100% satisfied. One week later, the auger on my snowblower wouldn't turn so I contacted MVS. I received prompt and courteous communication via telephone then email and received an appointment for later that week. Upon arrival, they determined that I needed an auger bearing and belt and would have to take my snowblower back to their shop. I asked them to give it a tune-up while they were at it. They delivered my fully functioning snowblower a week later which I was happy with. I just received my invoice and was pleasantly surprised with their fair pricing.I rarely write reviews but with service this good, they definitely deserve a 5 star review. I've already recommended them to a neighbour who is having troubles with his snowblower. This will now be my go-to company for all my small engine needs. Thank you to your entire team!

Well, I did a google search on mobile small engine repairs for my Cub Cadet mower. and I was not disappointed.email communication was perfect and no problems setting up an appointment.got the parts that I had ordered and they installed them.mower works like new.the emailed invoice at the end was awesome as well as the ability to pay thru the internet via CC, Debit Card.100% will use again if needed.GREAT JOB!

I called for MVS to help replace my electric, cordless lawnmower batteries with new ones (that I had already ordered and received from the manufacturer) as I knew it was likely to be more complicated than I anticipated. They arranged for a quick appointment, arrived early, and finished the job in 20 minutes; I could tell it was a bit difficult as it was an older model. The job was done professionally, and they even cleaned up my lawnmower and my driveway. Great job, guys. Thank you.

After waiting a few days for a response MVS called me to confirm an appointment in early Jan. I told them I only needed help with an oil change because I couldn’t get the valve open to do it myself. I knew a new storm was coming and I couldn’t shovel all by myself-again. They came back with an offer to help me the next day!! And they did. They arrived around noon and approximately thirty minutes later they were done. I can’t thank them enough for helping me get prepared for this next big storm. Thank you, MVS!

I don't write a lot of reviews. But has such a great experience with this company. Really great service, repaired our old snowblower. I highly recommend this company!

The best service, they repair my machine and it s working perfectly as if it s new.

I had them come to my house on November 20th to service my snow blower. Everything seemed fine. The service tech suggested they take the machine back to their shop so he could have someone more knowledgeable take a look at it. He said I would hear back within a couple days. I have phoned every day at least six time's a day since. I cannot leave a voice message as the voice mailbox is full. Emails bounce. I am hoping this is a misunderstanding but right now, seems I have lost my machine. Dec 22/20 - Update to my review, they did finally contact me and arrange a time to bring back the snow blower. I started it up and it runs better than it ever has since I have had it. I have never been able to set it at an idle as it would stall and it now can be turned down and idles nice and quiet. So, the final result is good, but they need to improve on responding and informing their customers what is up with the repair process.
