This is the only place I will go! They do an absolutely amazing job. I get compliments on my nails all the time. If you like designs, I see Jessica. She can do literally ANYTHING and loves free hand work. She is so incredibly talented. I love the vibe inside. Newly renovated. Everyone who works there is so nice. The last time I was there an older woman with a walker came to have her nails done. They were so sweet with her and literally walked her outside and helped her get into her car. Top class service. Absolutely recommend it!!

I have been going to Jessica for a couple of years. I was devastated when she left the local Cambridge salon that was close to home- and tried another salon close by. 2 weeks later, I was knocking on Jessica's new doors because I was soooo disappointed with my nails.Needless to say, I will continue to follow her as she is PHENOMENAL! She takes pride in what she does, she never shies from a crazy nail design idea that I have and dang, I am proud of her for opening her own shop! The new location is farther but her superior work is worth the drive!!!If you want amazing service, incredible talent, a clean atmosphere and a rock star nail tech- go see Jess- you won't be disappointed!

Jess and her estheticians at the salon are amazing! Their work is excellent and the aesthetic and cleanliness at the salon is over 5 stars. I have been getting my nails done with Jess for over 3 years now and she has ‘nailed’ it, every single time. Any pictures I bring to her or any idea I have, she follows through with perfection and finesse. She has an arrangement of nail polish colours and brands and keeps up with the most recent nail trends, to ensure all her clients are satisfied. Her prices are great for the quality of her work and for the time she takes to perfect each design. Not to mention, she has cellphone charging pads at every table, so you can charge your phone while getting your nails done. It’s an absolute pleasure every time I visit Natural Nails Studio and I highly recommend all of the services offered at her salon!!

Natural Nails studio is the BEST nail salon in the KW area. Insanely talented Jess, is super professional and welcoming. I felt so comfortable having conversation and felt very happy to be there!! The inside of the studio is gorgeous and all her employees are VERY talented as well! I’ve been to Jess before and I’m ALWAYS stunned with the results. The price point CANNOT be beat!! With the amount of work and art that goes into these nails the, price is astounding. 11/10 to anyone thinking of going!! I recommend her salon to EVERYONE who compliments my nails(which is everyone) you will not be disappointed!!!

The salon is beautiful now and Jessica is a fantastic nail technician. My nails are always stunning and she is always able to create my vision, such a talent.

I’ve been going here since it opened and it has always been amazinggg everyone is so welcoming. Jessica specifically, is the one who does my nails and is an amazing nail tech and pays such close attention to detail!! I always show her what i would like and i have gotten exactly that!! Hands down the best nails salon in Kitchener!!! Jessica - the new owner and her team are absolutely incredible. Their customer service, their work and the whole entire atmosphere is absolutely wonderful. The salon is always clean and well maintained, especially with a huge selection of colors. I’m satisfied with my visit and definitely will come back again soon.

Followed Jess from her old salon to Natural Nails because she's amazing! It's always worth the drive into another town. She is simply the best at what she does and the only person I trust with my nails. She always meets my nail goals and provides a warm, welcoming experience with her kindness. She has created a lovely, clean salon that only adds to the experience. I also love the large variety of pretty colours that are in the salon, always finding exactly what i'm looking for. Natural Nail Studio is the absolute best nail salon is Kitchener. I followed Jess from her old salon. I am beyond proud of Jessica for opening her new beautiful studio. Jess is the most talented artist ever, I always leave in awe of her abilities. I am also impressed with the rest of the amazing aesthetician that work alongside Jess. Everyone is so friendly, caring and kind. The studio is so clean, organized and Jess continues to improve it daily.
