Terrible company, no decency, no humility, gross NON FOR PROFIT" so called company. My family member died March.14

I'm absolutely disgusted! My elderly mother went to their office to sign a lease and was left standing outside in the cold and had to call multiple times to get through. Absolutely unacceptable!

Fast, friendly, Jennifer & Faye are on the ball. Caretakers are all good people.

Worse than manitoba housing. They have drug addicts in majority of the suites and do nothing to keep them out. Property management does not care for repairs whatsoever and will force you out instead. I've had nothing but problems with them since the day I moved in. Do not waste your time.

The staff here, especially Juan and January have been courteous, supportive, altruistic, and humanitarian. I could tell from the first phone call I had with Juan that SAM Management is a company that upholds compassion. I’ve heard many great things about the company and its staff that are holding to be true as I deal with through an application process. :)

I have lost everything I ever owned and it was a fire that started in a vacant suite& I wasn't allowed to enter my suite to grab my stuff that wasn't burnt and I remember that there were rodents and all Management did was replace the traps

Very disappointed with the management. Whenever I had issues with my apartment it would take forever for them to get back to me or not at all. Also for two months they messed up on my rent and tried to say I owed them more. Right now, they are holding my damage deposit just because the windows weren’t clean and the stove and fridge were dirty. The windows, fridge, and stove looked like that since we moved in and we cleaned the fridge and stove the best we could. Plus I thought the damage deposit was for damages? Which were none. Very disappointed. I went to SAM for a safe place after my previous home was broken into and I end up getting my window smashed on the first year of living at 200 Good St. The only positive thing I can say is that Darren was a very good caretaker and he was always quick to respond when I contacted him.

I just went to pick up a couple of applications n that person was a kind person!

Sticklers for gathering of information on a yearly basis. Small price for a warm decent place to live. It could be better, but it certainly could be worse. Count my blessings.Laurie Shocha has her heart in the right place.

Seen todays news cast, Nov.15/22, on the their buildings mold issues and i decided to throw in my two cents since it’s clear zero has changed with SCAM management, I mean SAM management. It’s a terribly run organization. Very incompetent and outright deceitful. It’s not the employees it’s the upper management. The CEO is an ostrich with her head in the sand. The senior property manager is completely unqualified. She suffers from multiple emotional complexes which hinders her ability to be rational. How these people became hired to help the poor is an atrocity in itself.As a former tenant I seen multiple landlords, secretaries, property managers, senior property managers and even executive directors come and go frequently. They have no business whatsoever in social housing and it is disgraceful. A group of opportunists and con artists.When I seen todays news story on how they leave their tenants dealing with mold for months on end it brought back many memories of my dump of a suite that they neglected. I do not know how or why the government allows people like that in power over the poor. Talk about a waste of the provinces tax dollars.
