FreshCo Weber & Franklin

This establishment is usually my favourite place to go for groceries as I am on a low income budget and the prices match that. However after my experience tonight I’m unsure if I will be returning. The cashier named Kylie was very rude to me, she didn’t acknowledge I was there and when I asked her if I could buy a bag she rolled her eyes at me. She then proceeded to make it very difficult for me to grab my groceries. Very childish.

This place has really become a joke (frescho corporate greed), it is pretty bad when high end ice cream is cheaper at Zehrs, as is there freezer brand name pizzas, even walmart has them beat they have lost my money and i Have been shopping here for a long time the place has an unorganized dirty feel to it the last year or more, horrible quality fruit, misscategorized/ missplaced sale tags not reflecting the price at the till and ( i usually notice once im home) its going to happen every once and awhile but here way too often...ive started buying my fruit at central on king st. Very nice fruit worth a few cents more or equally priced..this place has become a dumpy place to grocery shop period. No excuse for it especially at todays price point.

Well I enjoy the prices and mostly I’m loving the newly added scene points. This has me shopping here more often. I love this store I actually really enjoy talking to the workers here most of them are super nice. The isle could be more organized but it’s ok you can find most of the stuff without asking. I don’t like the deposit on carts but I appreciate the fact they’re always right there. Thank you for not having self check out I don’t work here and always appreciate your workers pleasant smiles.

This FrehCo is one of the best in town. Firstly, the availability of the food or any product is great, secondly the staff is friendly. Although, sometime the shelf life of some products are near to expire so it will be a hesitation to buy the product. All in all it is a great place for grocery.

There are all items available in the FreshCo, The staff is actually very cooperative and very nice, The cleanliness is well maintained, I liked shopping here!

Hit or miss. Sometimes good sales, but often times items are closed to or already expired. They need more cashier's or a self checkout.

I was there a couple of days ago… their had to be 24 people waiting for a check out and only 2 cashiers available. Why don’t they have self check out of they don’t want to have more cashiers?When I finally got my place in line, the young male cashier basically THREW my items down the belt. I had kindly asked him to use the other side so I wasn’t making the elderly woman ahead of me rush. He should have thought of that too but now he seemed irritated and tossed my stuff down to me. Ugh! I was nothing but pleasant asking him about his day and that’s how I get treated. He should have been more respectful of the senior. Unacceptable. If you don’t like working with the public then quit.I also think he may have had a smallLanguage barrier but no excuse to be mishandling our goods. Tsk.

Qualities of produce are okay, grocery items are good. Area for improvement is to work on managing near-expiry items and get those off the shelves. On a positive note, the staff are very friendly and welcoming especially the cashiers.

Increasingly, there are families and groups of up to six people shopping together even though only one has a shopping cart. The group of six or whatever will congregate around the cart and they're all in one big group like it's a social event, blocking the rest of the people from shopping. It has been become a place of Bad Manners with no social graces. It is absolutely under no circumstance the owner's fault or the management. But it is sad to say that I've started shopping at other stores due to this matter.
